Suddenly stopped connecting
It suddenly stopped connecting, so I deleted the app and reinstalled and now it’s asking me to open a drawer. I have no idea what that means. And it just freezes after that.

The fireplace manufacturer that uses this app doesn’t care about anything but lining his pockets with more sales. This app does not work and all the reviews say so. I recommend returning your fireplace if you can if you want to use all its features correctly the way they advertise. Shame on this company.

Needs an update
I’ve had this app for 4 1/2 years. I love it cause I could just sit on my couch and turn on my fireplace and it really warms up this room but I got a new iPhone recently. iPhone 17. And now the app won’t work to turn on from my phone, which was very convenient cause I could do more on my phone than I could the actual remote. please update?

If you for once use an iphone and the app and connect to a fire, youd know it does not work
This app is unusable!!
Got my Canadian tire fireplace and wanted to try out the app. Once I connected my fireplace to the app it read “Paring success. You can now rename your fireplace by long pressing your fireplace.” And will not stop showing me that message even if I restart the app over and over again… it might as well be better to get rid of the in-app tutorial and only rely on the paper instruction manual that the fireplace comes with.
PLEASE FIX THIS!! I can not use the entire fireplace properly, and it was NOT cheap at all to let this get brushed under the rug…

Garbage
The only app I can find to control my electric fireplace. It just freezes and crashes , randomly connects but freezes and doesn’t let you exit the screen. Surely it shouldn’t be a complicated app.
Terrible app
This needs to be completely removed from the App Store. The app itself doesn’t even work anymore. You can click anything on the screen. Just says to open drawer to connect to fire place. You can’t click anything.
Tutorial actually kills the app
The tutorial offered as you start the app literally makes the app unusable. You can no longer press the buttons required to proceed.
Worst app ever
Honestly if I didn’t have to use it to work my Canadian tire place, I never would. This app makes me want to throw my phone. I’ve been using it for years and it used to be great. It’s like they made it once and forgot about it. Little menus pop up and you can’t exited out of them. Force quitting the app doesn’t make the menus stop popping up. It’s just the ridiculous. So avoid buying fireplaces that utilize this app. If I had known, I would have shopped elsewhere

Possibly the worst app on the App Store
Just simply unusable…disconnects, freezes, no response this is possibly the worst app on the App Store. The previous version, now unsupported, was flawless. I don’t understand how you continue to keep the app available and not fix the issues reported by every user on this platform
