But part of the app is seeing my balance, worst part of the app is seeing my balance. Very helpful with keeping tabs on bills and easy transfer to help kids when they are short or mess up their money.
Not loading, can’t check account
The app doesn’t work can’t check my bank account. It just sits there and spins.
Doesn’t work properly
The new update has some serious bugs that causes the app to continue to not launch and stay showing the loading screen.
Good not great
Good for the basics and essentials for sure. But I have trouble loading the app occasionally and it gets frustrating. Also, I’d like to get specific notifications but that’s not offered
Very slow
This app is very slow anytime I want to check my account it says there’s a problem loading my information and says come back another time. I will close out of the app and open it and there is still a problem. I do this multiple times and nothing changes and I’m not able to view my account and it is very frustrating.

Since latest update in July app loads, verifies login and hangs at gray screen. Cannot move forward.

Won’t transfer to external accounts. Every time i go to settings > account preference it freezes. The app is outdated, unorganized and this is after the so called update.
Loan Account
Would be nice to see more information on the loan account. Start date, payments completed and payments left to make quantities.

Show colors on amount taken out or Deposited
I don’t like it doesn’t show a color amount when something has taken out of your account or being paid. I have to search for the amount that I’m looking for and that’s ridiculous.
Loan
If you are getting a loan please do not get a loan or bank with first community I had a car loan with gap insurance and some one hit me an wrecked my car after my insurance had just lapsed they provided me with their insurance information to call but cancelled my account and sold the car when the driver was in the wrong and now I’m sitting here confused with a payment that I thought gap would cover until the case was finished to pay them back the person I spoke with from first community couldn’t tell me anything but they closed my account and sold the car and to cancel gap insurance because I no longer have the car who they sold it to they wouldn’t tell me
