They Ruined It
If I could give 0 stars I would. The old app they had was amazing, work great, never had issues except for occasionally getting logged out and having to reset my password. Earlier this year they revamped the whole app. It’s complete garbage. Nothing loads, it’s slow, transfers rarely go through, and it looks more like a browser than an app. You’re better off logging in on the safari browser with one bar than using this hot garbage with full service.

Update sucks
If I could give this app zero stars I would. The app is now basically a hyperlink to the online banking system which doesn’t work great on mobile devices. On top of constantly coming up with an error code when I log in, and long load times for every page. The old app was great. Easy to navigate and use. Quick and easy which is what I expect from a mobile banking app. This one is not

The old app was faster, more responsive and easier to navigate
App works well
Took a minute to get authenticated. However, once in, it was very easy to get things authorized and changed. I also like the biometric capability. I believe in time management. This app provides it all.
Terribly Optimized
I always had to login twice in order to access my banking account. This was FINE since the app itself was smooth enough. After the recent update the app has gone from bad to WORSE. Which I didn’t think was possible. It’s like opening a desktop page from a phone which is bad quality enough, but also doing it through a poorly optimized application. Absolute torture just to access MY money. Ridiculous. Don’t get me started on the random “errors” and password lock outs that last from minutes to hours completely barring you from transferring or touching your money.

Every 2-3weeks says password no longer works today will be the 10th time of running to bank to reset password. The app also fails to send email for forgot password used same email that’s in there system.
Lockout
This app randomly locks me out of my account and have to wait for the bank to open to get it unlocked
Crash
I’ve used app for years, but in the last month or so it will not connect to any of y accounts. I get a white screen and immediate crash on every attempt. I notified the bank directly, but seems no action has been taken to date. 5 stars when it works!

This app crashes constantly and I always have problems logging in. It won’t load for no reason when every other one of my apps loads fine.

Even when you call the bank(because the app tells you too) the employees say they know the app is bad.

Mobile banking too slow
Don’t like that it’s so slow to transfer unlike affinity
Deposit
Everything works great, but the $1000 restriction on a deposit isn’t very convenient.

The app is great when it works but gives me a phone number to call when it does not work which is most of the time. The bank is behind the times with many services. They are trying to catch up but failing with an app that wants me to call more often than use it.
App Not Working Sometimes
There had been a time where I had to uninstall the app and then install it back to my phone to see what the problem. I called Bemidji first national bank, no solution. However when the app does decide to work, it is very nice and easy to use.
