Keeps removing from waitlist

On a busy day, I got this app to track my place in the waitlist for my first watch restaurant nearby. Once i was 4th in line, it automatically removed me from the waitlist and told me to join back in. When trying to join back in the waitlist, i was at the very end again, causing the wait time to be more than 30 mins. I was disappointed and won't be using this no more
