Waitlist/Check-in pointless
I downloaded the app and got on the waitlist. I turned on the feature to check in and the app verified I was next in line and already checked in. I arrived with my family and saw where two other groups walked in, checked in, and were seated. I then asked the host why I wasn’t seated and they said I have to wait 20 more minutes for a table to open up. What’s the point of getting on the waitlist or checking in if they just give your table to anyone who walks in?

(I’d like to note that I can’t figure out where to report this app problem elsewhere, so I’m left with no choice but to do it here.)
Ever since the most recent app update, the first watch app will not load up on my phone and, instead, immediately crashes when I click on it. For reference, I have an iPhone 11 running on the required iOS 17 or later.

Changes Location
4 Times its ordered food to the wrong location. When J want to reorder an item, that doesn’t necessarily mean I want it picked up at the same location, stop changing the location after Injust manually selected a different one!!!!
Love this app; but…
It has too many problems, constantly, also wish you’d bring back the Chipotle steak bowl you had for breakfast, great for iron and veggies, however the app is CONSTANTLY having some issues one way or another. I’ve paid for things and didn’t receive them, I could tell it was the way the receipt printed to the kitchen, not that I didn’t select it. It should be manageable for everyone. Today I can’t order anything on there, and DoorDash up charges too much after you get to check out for the same food. Kinda pointless, pray to see this fixed, I love healthier options, just don’t want to jump through hoops to get the basics.
