I’ve become increasingly frustrated with the First Watch app. One of the biggest issues is that it doesn’t allow ASAP orders, forcing customers to schedule pickup times even when they’re ready to order immediately. On top of that, if the restaurant is out of a single item, the app often won’t allow the order to go through rather than offering a substitution or letting the customer remove the unavailable item.
What should be a quick and simple breakfast order often turns into a time-consuming process of troubleshooting the app, modifying orders, or starting over entirely. The food is good, but the ordering experience is so inconvenient that it makes me think twice about choosing First Watch. For a company focused on breakfast and convenience, the app creates unnecessary frustration and wastes customers’ time.

Great fresh food
Amazing service and smiling faces , delicious fresh food and completely reasonably priced . I do wish the app would offer a couple more modification options— such as scrambled eggs with cheese or +add cheese button , or extra goat cheese etc . As of now there is no extra cheese option and I love my cheeseeee . So I mostly order my To go food in person - Haha other than that , bring back the chimichurri— see u guys soon. :) thanks for awesome food all the time

No way to save apartment number on saved addresses
The app is a pain to use to order delivery, it does not allow for apartment numbers to be saved for saved addresses. There is a “Delivery Instructions” field to add it but the delivery driver la never read it. Not sure what the logic behind this is but it looks like an easy problem to solve, it’s inexcusable.
