Very much like the app works great one feature I would like to see implemented is being able to see trans union report and equifax report
Unusable
App refreshes constantly making it hard to log in even if you do log in you cannot veiw anything because it constantly refreshes back to main page. Waste of money
App resets every few seconds
The app is gliching so often that you can’t even type the log-in info fast enough. I have deleted and downloaded fresh, but same result on iPhone.
Update your app!!
Your app continuously glitches and flashes when I’m trying to log on. Attempted to log on from the website, it kicks me right out. This is useless if you don’t FIX IT!
Multiple duplicate notifications
Every month I get multiple notifications that my new credit score etc is available. Both through the app, email, and text. It has become such an annoyance I’m considering cancelling the service. Nowhere in the app is there a support area to address issues with the app.
Charge after the service was cancelled
I deleted the account and it was still charging for the account 2 & a half weeks later after I was told that my account was closed. Once you get locked out of the app you can’t get back into it even though you contact the company.DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY IT’S NOT WORTH IT!
Needs work
Have had issues where logging in was impossible. This has since been resolved.

Can’t login
Cannot login on the app or on the website - what am I paying for?
New update needs lots of work
Update after long long time and still missing Touch ID and ability to modify settings or setting default screen when the app loads.
Connection error
I'm getting the same error over and over again, even after uninstalling and re downloading app.

Down often with "connection error". Not sure why there's even a app for something that usually doesn't want work.
