Now used this app worldwide on numerous trips and provides best reliability, connectivity and support. Three worldwide trips across Asia, Caribbean and Middle East allowing selection of countries and on one occasion that error in eSIM occurred unilaterally compensated for the lost service. I’ve used Firsty when I travel and found that the service, connectivity and g levels is all that they say it would be.
Most importantly I’ve had issues getting it started a few times and today I wanted to hook up for 30 days premium service and could not get it working. Thru chats with them it took just a very short time to get it working. I’m sold on Firsty primarily because they help, right away to get it solved. Thank you Firsty!!🙂

This is so good for me and for traveling, the only downside is the 1h/30min SIM, still great for an add tho

It is slow, and there is some things that could be improved(like faster speeds for more ads and the slower option) but it is free and works very well.

Free and easy to use
The app is easy to navigate. Offering excellent service for free or premium model, still being cheap. I love the flexibility of your tokens. Being able to keep one’s you don’t use on the trip was amazing. Being able to save them for the next trip helped me not have to worry about data when landing.

Great coverage no loss of connectivity
I regularly travel supporting charity treks and cycle rides all around the world. I have found Firsty far superior to other eSIMs I have tried, with its cost effective plans. I found it straightforward to use, resulting in no loss of connectivity with its seamless transition to in country networks. Highly recommended for all countries and data needs.

Absolute must for cheap connectivity
I had an issue connecting to their free service (which is an absolute lifesaver) whilst on a cruise. I used their AI which is very good but I couldn’t resolve a difficult problem. They put me through to a customer service team and I messaged Julia who was very helpful and patient. Because of technical issues Starlink( the ship internet connection) would disconnect in some ports due to commercial contracts. Julia explained how to change some settings and bingo all working.
It is such a useful service to be able to use messaging and Grab Uber and google maps whilst well away from home. I absolutely recommend!
