App not working

Just stopped working. Paid for subscription and now can’t use.

Horrible.

I keep thinking I’m missing something but I don’t think I am. There’s literally 6 workouts for in a gym and 6 for at home for the whole 9 months that you’re pregnant. Lol this app is a joke. It would be nice if there were different workouts for each trimester but there’s not. It has potential but not a lot of work was put into the actual workout programming portion of this app. Canceled subscription.

Not worth the money...

I was interested in a good pregnancy workout app and decided to give it a shot since it didn’t have any reviews. Unfortunately there is no option to view or use the app until you purchase a subscription. I decided to go for it since the subscription options weren’t that expensive. I was hoping to see the workouts include some animation or video...but they don’t. I was surprised to find that the screenshots you see in the App Store are exactly what you get. A suggested list of exercises to do and a suggested day to do them on. Seriously ladies, that’s it - A weekly calendar and a list with some pretty pictures. Will be canceling ASAP.

Hi! The videos for every exercise are in the workouts, click on the first one & it will take you straight to the video. You can swipe from here to the next exercise or go back to the workout & click on the next exercise which again takes you to the corresponding video. There are over 125 exercises in the App including stretches. All workouts use Fit science designed specifically to support you throughout your pregnancy. Choose your workouts & follow the weekly schedule. Trust the process. In regards to the subscription, we offer a 7 day free trial & you can cancel at anytime within those 7 days without charge. The App is also being supported by a closed invitation only Facebook Group where you will have access to a lot more information & meet other pregnant moms around the globe.
