I join Fit4mom when my son was 4 month old he is now 2 years old and my daughter is 9 month old. Is fun and adaptable workouts, and the ability to bring our kiddos to class is the best thing ever. My kids love it. Amazing couches! Great work out! Love all the classes that they offer. Amazing community of moms. Love a good work out while pushing my little ones in the stroller. My boy love the playgroup/activities after mommy work out. Highly recommend Fit4mom.
