Ugh I don’t like it

It doesn’t let me in in the 6 question but I found a way and I still don’t like it please don’t download

I like the built-in timers ... and the intuitive use of the user interface, it’s so easy to drag up between sets. The exercises themselves are ok, having done p90x and insanity when I was younger (I’m 56) I found their exercises well-designed, now I’m not up to that level and this app is seriously helping me get back to that — maybe it’s not a fair comparison, but it’s what I have. It’s not that the exercises are much different, but I find that they pay less attention to ergonomics and physiology than those systems — especially for those of us who need some steps to get to those movements. On the other hand, what this has that the others don’t, is the ability to adjust the load after each workout, very cool. The other thing I wish is that they paid more attention to earn-up and cool-down and actually spent a little time on stretches before and after. It’s not a bit deal because I’ve added those on my own ... but as much as I like this app there’s small tweaks that would make it amazing for me. I still give it a five star for finding an awesome app design that really helps me stick with it.

👍🏻

Once I got the hang of it i really enjoyed the work out. I also appreciate that the voice is neutral and that they didn’t put the work outs to music, I prefer to listen to my own !

The app is user friendly and easy to navigate, except I didn’t first realize that when you were done with your reps that you had to swipe up to move on! I was doing knee raises for over 5 minutes before I realized it was up to me to move on !

The app is great and 5 bucks a week to burn off fat and feel good about yourself in only 30 mins or less in the comfort of your home. Yes some of the workouts are the same but they aren’t going to give u different workouts every day and every week I need to at least master the first ones first🙄. It’s my 3rd week and my workouts are switching up and the old workouts are much easier from when I started and the new ones are harder lol but that’s the way it should be. This app is worth 20 bucks. It keeps me active and even helps with occasional indigestion. Effective and motivating. Love it.
