Unreliable and therefore unusable.
Had to cancel my last two pre-booked (one in the AM and one in the PM, both booked hours in advance) taxis as no driver was ever assigned. Unfortunately if I can’t rely on a taxi service to arrive on time then I can’t rely on them at all. Uninstalled app and won’t use again.

Booked a taxi. The app shows it. No one showed up. Called them there is no booking.

There is no point to make a booking on the app, they never have drivers available and they cancelled the fare without even letting the customers know. Every single time they have an excuse that they system is not working and if you challenge them they will hung up on you. I do not recommend them at all!!!

Absolutely appalling service.
Cab didnt turn up, so I called the number. After 15 mins a man picked up and told me they had no drivers and then whilst I was telling him the app took my booking and took my money he hung up on me. Absolutely appalling service.

Very unreliable and they only show up some of the time. I’ve been late to work many times because of them. Very unprofessional and unreliable.

Bookings get cancelled half of the time
Why are the taxi services in Colchester so unreliable? If you’re unlucky enough to not get a taxi the app will just cancel right after booking. And half of the time you don’t get a taxi. I recently noticed this app was removed from the App Store for a while. You really forgot to pay your developer fee?

Inaccurate info on app
App says a taxi will be available in 23 mins and when you try and book there’s no available drivers? Why are all taxi firms in Colchester so useless. This app doesn’t help.

Have tried twice to use this company and app. Both times the app says booked and confirmed and I get a text to say it’s confirmed.
Then 5 minutes before the driver is due it says cancelled! An unreliable taxi service that we’ll let you down.
