Work fine in the Beginning and after few days it stops working.
Worst airline in the world
My first review to an airline company. Terrible app that can do NOTHING. It requires everyone to check in online otherwise there will be a fee of $25. Funny thing is when I arrived at the airport, it asked everyone to manually check in again at the counter with a very long line even there are several self check in machines there (which was insane)
I don’t know how terrible the backend system is - our personal info and bag purchase info were totally wrong - they even filled the wrong visa for my partner which got her blocked at the immigration and double-assigned the seat - which blocked us again at the gate. We were so lucky that the flight was not full or one of us may need to stay at the airport
No RECOMMENDATION AT ALL!!!

Waste of an app, garbage website
App just redirects to the website which is nonfunctional and gives so many errors at every click
Direct’s to Safari
Cannot manage your booking or check in via the app. Redirects you to Safari. Save yourself a download and do it on the browser.
Terrible App
This app doesn’t work at all. You can’t do anything in app. Any time you tap on anything it opens up a new tab in safari. I thought it was a bug but I reinstalled and tried troubleshooting several times.

Try not to download this app.Because you will find nothing helpful when you sign in.Just time wasting ,never see airline app like this before.
What is the purpose of this app
Unlike other airlines’ apps where it’ll all be done in the app, all this app does it send you straight to your internet browser to do everything. Check-in? Let me open your phone’s internet browser. Find booking? Okay here’s Google Chrome. What is the literal point of this app?

The airplane flew. One star.
Be careful with the “personal item” it’s not like Spirit. It’s really really small. They force a 6” thick for the personal item so almost nothing qualifies and they checked everything to every person. The space below the seats are the same as every other airplane. So, it’s just to charge you more.

The flight was delayed one hour, no sign of hurry at all from the crew.
The counter closes 60 minutes before departure, again, to make you pay for your “personal item” as a carry-on because it’s the only way they give you the boarding pass from the web if the counter is closed.
The air conditioning on the airplane cabin wasn’t cold.
This is our first time flying with Flair and the last one. I sincerely hope they get out of business. If you think Spirit/Frontier are bad, think again, Flair is on another level.

My first ever app review
I came to write my first app review after 10+ years in the IOS ecosystem. That’s because this app is that bad. It’s simple trash. Everything either glitches or sends you out of the app to their website. What’s the point of the app if every button I press makes me leave the app for safari?
There aren’t heinous enough punishments to rightfully bestow on this developer to repay everyone’s wasted time. -2.5/10

Apparently, “low budget” = no tech budget
Useless, in all honesty. It redirects to their website for everything, but doesn’t even work then. Try to log into your account, it just stares at you. I can only guess that they don’t have a budget for basic app development. They’re back to the days of checking in at home, and printing your boarding pass. Yeehaw!

Flair is not even a budget airline, it’s a scam
Flair will lure you in with a $100 flight. Then they will proceed to scam you in every other aspect.
They STRICTLY measure every single little thing you take on the plane from a purse to a backpack. If it doesn’t fit in their confined space, you will have to pay $90 at the counter just to check in a bag.
If you want a refund. You have to wait 20-30 minutes on the phone to talk to someone in India, only for them to tell you to send an email to the specific department.
Avoid this at all costs.

Terrible Service
The app does nothing for you. It glitches once you need to check in. It kept saying reservation not found. Your not able to get a boarding pass because you constantly opens a webpage when you try to sign in to the app. It does not provide gate changes or any alerts that’s needed. Terrible airline appt have ever used. Fix your glitches. This is terrible for those using your airline services

Pointless App
What’s the point of having an app to check-in if it’s just going to reroute you to your phone’s browser to do the check in process?
It doesn’t do anything
Everything you do, it just opens the browser.
Useless for delayed flights (problematic for Flair…)
App does not recognise flights which have been delayed and are past their scheduled departure. Particularly problematic for Flair.
Pretty horrible
The app is pretty bad. It did at one point keep track of my flight that was coming up. But then it just disappeared after I checked in and I could not find my flight info on the app. Also it doesn’t seem to remember your profile info…. It’s pretty horrible.

Updated my iOS and I’m no longer able to sign in or see my profile page
Dumbest app ever seen
Signed in doesn’t matter, always need to search with reservation number. Cannot add boarding pass to Apple wallet even… smh
Error profile
App will error when loading user profile, saying “hello, undefined” when opening.
Only workaround is to delete app and re-download. Sign in will work until you quit the app again.

The app keeps crashing when trying to check-in. Also, when booking new flights it does not open the calendar to select dates for travel. Too bad a sub-par app is shining a bad light on what has been a good flying experience with Flair
