Too many adds
I tried doing a workout for flexibility, and after i did the first exercise (20 seconds) there was an add, i skipped it hoping it at least would show after an exercise, but right after there was another while i was doing the second exercise. It’s literally counterproductive, i have to stop while doing the very thing this app was created for, just because of an add.

This is one of those apps which your gonna use for a while and then delete you have to pay loads of money to use it and you can’t do anything for free there are loads more apps like this out there which are so much better that this!

I really want to be flexible as I get older, so I was looking for a free app with good stretches. This one had no ratings so I thought I’d try it out and give it a review. Well... it was a very confusing app. I wasn’t sure what everything was because it was a very confusing layout. Sorry but not the best app for me

I updated the app and now I have to pay to access any of the stretches. Bummer, man. Gotta delete now

App will no longer allow me to access ANYTHING without signing up for a free week of premium or simply just paying for premium. No explanation for change. App site states “why should I upgrade to premium” as if you are still getting content without premium. Tried to contact app-was led to webpage with a blank section under contact info. Used to love their apps. Sad I have to delete them all. Useless.

It’s not about stretching at all
I don’t think they know what stretching is. Besides, you need to pay to use the basics features, meaning, after 7 days trial, it will be completely off

this app tells you to pick a mentor AND THEN all this stuff pops up about a seven day free trial and then you have to pay for as long as you have the app it’s freaking $8 every day per month.

Does not work as a free app
When trying to start any of the workout programs it takes you to upgrade to premium. Can’t do anything with this app unless you upgrade straight away.
Not bad
Before you did a complete redo of you apps, it would check off your last workouts/workouts completed. Additionally, need to be able to adjust more in settings, like being able to set the time between workouts. Three seconds does not allow for even a setup of the next exercise. Also, some of the apps suggest resting 30 seconds between sets — let us set the rest time then! Otherwise, I love all the apps available and that I paid one fee for them. I will change the rating I gave if we can have a little more flexibility as mentioned above.

I can’t open the app!
I’ve also answered the questions, and it told me it was getting my workouts ready but the screen automatically closes. I’ve tried throughout the day, updated my phone and I’ve restarted my phone plenty of times but nothing seems to help. I’m excited to use the app, please fix!
Can’t even use it
I tried to use this app. I opened it and answered some questions. It told me the path that I was going to do and then closed. I have restarted the app and my phone multiple times and it has not resolved the problem.
