Love it!
Florence bank has made online banking so easy for me and I am beyond grateful. Anytime I need to get ahold of a person it’s very easy unlike other banks. Thank you FSB!

Fantastic bank for small businesses
A good steady reliable bank
Florence always works and they catch possibly fraudulent transactions.
They’re friendly, too!

Does everything a bank should do - well!
Great local bank. Any glitches that occur (infrequently and usually mine!) are always handled and explained quickly and courteously. Highly recommended.
My favorite bank
My favorite and local bank for many years. Thank you FSB for your excellent service.
Extraordinary
I have been with Florence Bank for more than 25 years. The experience has been a joy. Love FSB!
Review
I like the services generally. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I have repeatedly requested that I do not have overdraft protection and it keeps coming back (like 3 or 4 times now) and so my account goes into the negative and I get charged fees and have to keep coming in and straightening it out. I have have most of the fees refunded since it has been the bank’s error every time, but it’s been a major inconvenience each time and no one I talk with seems to be able to figure out why it keeps happening.
Otherwise I am happy with my banking services, everyone at my branch in Florence is very helpful and pleasant to talk to. 🙏😊🕉️

My family’s Bank
My family always had accounts with Florence savings bank since before I was born. Now I’m a grandmother of 5 and my adult children use Florence savings. Plus my oldest grandchild is now with FSB. They are our Bank past present and probably the future to. ❤️👍🏻
Local dependability
I love Florence Bank for all things: personal checking, online features, and tracking credit. We’re now refinancing our home through Florence, and they’ve been exceptionally helpful and great to work with.

Excellent service
For over a decade I have very happily used Florence Bank with nothing but ease. At times I need to use other banks which can be absolute nightmares. Yes! to smaller regional banks!
Quick and easy
The application is easy to use and intuitive
Times out at login
App is unusable. Always timing out at login with a try-again-later error message. It used to be a helpful app.
Cool
It’s an app for the bank
Unhappy Person that has never been billed before!
Never have been charged for my Bank and credit cards,! All of a sudden there are four transactions on my credit card that I haven’t even received yet!! So I call in fraud protection! They reimburse me, then Apple reimbursed me…THEN ALL MY CREDIT CARDS AND BANK STATEMENTS ARE No longer AVAILABLE TO ME!!! Not a happy camper!

Love Florence Bank!
I have always been a fan of this Western Mass bank, but this app really brings access to my banking to another level. It is easy to use, organized, efficient, and satisfying!
The best bank
Over 30 years with Florence bank and never had any problems the best bank with exelent customer service!
My bank app
This app is what every app should be. It is the only app or identifier I have that always recognizes my finger print every time and once I’m in the app is concise, no adds no extras- just my account on screen. I’m happy!
