I like the services generally. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I have repeatedly requested that I do not have overdraft protection and it keeps coming back (like 3 or 4 times now) and so my account goes into the negative and I get charged fees and have to keep coming in and straightening it out. I have have most of the fees refunded since it has been the bank’s error every time, but it’s been a major inconvenience each time and no one I talk with seems to be able to figure out why it keeps happening.
Otherwise I am happy with my banking services, everyone at my branch in Florence is very helpful and pleasant to talk to. 🙏😊🕉️

My family’s Bank
My family always had accounts with Florence savings bank since before I was born. Now I’m a grandmother of 5 and my adult children use Florence savings. Plus my oldest grandchild is now with FSB. They are our Bank past present and probably the future to. ❤️👍🏻

Unhappy Person that has never been billed before!
Never have been charged for my Bank and credit cards,! All of a sudden there are four transactions on my credit card that I haven’t even received yet!! So I call in fraud protection! They reimburse me, then Apple reimbursed me…THEN ALL MY CREDIT CARDS AND BANK STATEMENTS ARE No longer AVAILABLE TO ME!!! Not a happy camper!

I have always been a fan of this Western Mass bank, but this app really brings access to my banking to another level. It is easy to use, organized, efficient, and satisfying!

This app is what every app should be. It is the only app or identifier I have that always recognizes my finger print every time and once I’m in the app is concise, no adds no extras- just my account on screen. I’m happy!
