I used forest for a long time. I’m so glad this app has stayed true to its roots unlike forest - this is a massive upgrade.
There needs to be a complete overhaul of the timer sync cause it’s acting like it is still in beta
The timer sync is getting on my nerves I have emailed multiple times about it and it still hasn’t gotten fixed as a lifetime pro user I think the timer sync just needs to be reset because it will completely stay on the last Flo I had when I closed the app and paused even when I just finished a flow and it the flow duration settings will not stay the same also it is about time you added the ios26 alarms to this app but I need this fixed like next week or I will be using another app and requesting a refund

what is going on ?
I used to love this app so much I paid for pro, but unfortunately I will need to move on. It absolutely sucks. it is not accurate no matter how much I change the settings or contact customer support it simply can’t count a flow period. It outrageous having 8-9 hour study days just for this app to tell me I have 3 hours…. whattttttt. Last thing I want to worry about while studying is calculating my time or trying to figure out weather or not a break is coming up. so disappointed. 3 years of loyalty, idk if its an update or what but this is need to be fixed

“Free” Trial is very misleading
Its one thing to charge so much for a little app timer that you could clone with Claude in less than 5 minutes, but its another thing to mislead your customers into thinking they are getting 7 days to trial the app, whereas its saying you can pay for a year but get 7 days added on top. Very sneaky and misleading. -1 star for a terrible simple mediocre app that hopefully someone clones for free.
Glad AI is taking away jobs from people who make overpriced apps like this.

This app is great
I’ve tried a few focus apps but this one…man it just hits it out of the park for me. It’s the only one that really works! It’s in the background, has a great menu bar timer, nice chime sounds, great aesthetic. Love this app!

Sound doesn’t work
So far I am pleased with the UI, it’s clean and does what it is supposed to do but unfortunately sound doesn’t work when completing the 25m or 5 minute intervals. This needs to get fixed.
Serious Sync Issues Between Mac and iOS
I’m extremely disappointed with the synchronization reliability between the Mac and iOS versions.
I enabled the option to sync data to Calendar, but the data never appeared in my calendar. Even worse, the data inside the Flow app itself became inconsistent — I originally had three records for today, but now only the middle one remains.
There are also serious timer synchronization problems. The timer can keep running on the Mac app while the iOS notification is still active, but the iOS app itself shows no active timer at all. This makes the whole tracking system unreliable.
Another confusing design choice is requiring tags for break time. Breaks are not related to my work categories, so forcing users to categorize rest periods adds unnecessary friction.
The core idea of the app is productivity tracking, but inaccurate syncing and inconsistent timer states make it difficult to trust the data. Please prioritize fixing synchronization and reconsider the break tagging workflow.

Mehr Konzentration beim Lernen
Ich nutze die App täglich beim Lernen und sie hilft mir enorm dabei, konzentriert zu bleiben und mich nicht ständig ablenken zu lassen. Die 25 Minuten Timer motivieren mich, fokussiert an meiner Arbeit dranzubleiben, anstatt mich von jeder Kleinigkeit aus dem Konzept bringen zu lassen. Gleichzeitig erinnert mich die App daran, regelmäßige Pausen einzulegen. Besonders dann, wenn ich völlig in meine Arbeit vertieft bin. Ein wirklich tolles Tool, das ich zu 100% weiterempfehlen kann! :)

A bit pricey but it’s simple and helps me stay productive. I hope it stays this way and doesn’t turn into bloated corporatized garbage over the years like so many of these types of apps do…

Please enable alerts when app open on watch!
Great app with just the right amount of features to help you focus. My only issue is, I wish the app still alerted you to the end of a session when it’s open on Watch! I use it on my watch to avoid picking up my phone, but because of the watch’s automatic wake system, if I have it open and happen to turn my wrist to where it wakes, the alert won’t go off (I guess the app assumes I’m looking at my watch, but I’m not). This makes me miss the ends of sessions a lot. Otherwise great app!

Best distraction-free focus app!
The Pomodoro really helps me stay on tasks and not burn out with interval breaks. I've used the Flow app for several years as my go-to Pomodoro timer, and it is perfect. Its easy to set up and has a great looking design.
The free-version has been free from pop-ups and ads -no distractions, yay! The paid version ($2.99/mo) has some useful features or you can pay $39.99/once to buy it for life. And its nice to have that option if it works for someone.

Excellent, minimal, and easy
Not a lot gets in the way of using this app. Strong recommend.
Just Flow into deep work.
If you want a genuinely useful focus timer, with a clean and unbloated tool to keep you locked into deep work, flow is the best option out there.
closing unexpectedly
First of all thanks, it’s a great app. I’ve tried dozens of pomodoro timer apps and all of them were either much more complicated than a pomodoro timer needs to be, or almost totally behind a very expensive paywall. I really love this one, simple and clean, and also iCloud sync with my iPhone which is really useful.
Just one issue, I’ve been using this app for the past 5-6 months, at first it used to work just fine. Now it’s been around a month or so that it keeps closing unexpectedly. It only happens when it’s only in menu bar, having its window open prevents that. I mean it’s not a big problem but a little bit annoying.

Exactly what I needed
This app is simple and does exactly what I need from a pomodoro timer. I love that it's not too complex and that it doesn't hide it's most essential features behind a paywall.
Simple and Comprehensive
I've been using this app for a few weeks, and I have been checking off all of my daily goals since I started. I've tried other timers, trackers, and app blockers, but Flow is it. I love that the app syncs across all of my devices while blocking distractions on them too, so that I'm not tempted to break focus on any device I have. There is enough control in the settings, and the UI is smooth. I bought the lifetime membership because I know this will help me accomplish what I set out to do in the years to come.

A great app from Mac version
My personal favourite, so minimal and efficient to use. I’ve been using this app over2 years. One of the best apps with no forcing for payment or being so annoying about it. Thank you for the graphical analysis I really needed that. Keep coming up with good ideas.
