I’ve decided to trust your company, but unfortunately, you just let me down.
Your advertising on your website that you are able to deliver flower at the same day.
I’ve purchased a flowers late night and I thought that you would be able to deliver it in a day. You have sent me an email that you are not able to do it, but you will be able to do it next day. Okay? I understand it, but why lying on the website?
You’ve delivered flowers not on time, but few hours before when the person wasn’t at home.
Another thing which are unacceptable is a card with my full details added to the flowers, including full address full name and phone number.
I think is because you’ve made a stupid mistake you’ve delivered a flowers to the right address but on the recipient section was my details. Huge delayed responses to my emails.
Instead of fixing the app, fix your company!

Good but can be improved
I honestly thought it was a scam. After I placed my order, I realized I hadn't checked the reviews. They had a 4.5-star rating, but when I looked the next day, most of the recent reviews said the company never responds and doesn't send updates.
In my case, I never received a confirmation email or any delivery notification. I scheduled the flowers to be delivered on July 16, 2026, between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM, and by 5:00 PM I still hadn't heard anything. I got so worried that I ended up telling the person I was surprising that I had ordered flowers but thought I had been scammed.
Then, it turned out the flowers were actually delivered—they just never notified me. 😭 So the surprise was kind of ruined.

the application has a lot of bugs
When you order from the website, the app displays your details as the person you’re sending the flowers to. Whats app support working efficiently, with replies within 30 minutes. Emails are responded to within a few days. If you want specific flowers, order them a few days in advance. Otherwise local florist may offer you a substitute or a delivery on a different date.

AVOID! Awful experience
Ordered a bouquet to be delivered same day base on the app service. After 2 hours got a call that they can’t be delivered. Ask a refund but sadly they can’t. They said they can still deliver the flower on the next day but i need the flowers on that day because it’s me and wife’s wedding anniversary. So instead i told them deliver it on june 3 for my wife’s birthday, to my surprise they delivered it on june 1 😡
