You’re right to expect timely, real support when something isn’t working. If our responses felt slow or fragmented, that’s on us. That’s not the experience we want anyone to have. We’re currently expanding our support team to cover more time zones so you can get help faster and at more convenient hours. We also believe human support matters. AI can help with simple questions, but it should never replace real assistance when you need clear, thoughtful answers. We’re reviewing how we use AI in support and adjusting where needed. To be clear, we do not slow down email support to push customers into paid calls. That’s not how we operate, and we’re sorry it felt that way. We won’t ignore the fact that you chose to leave after five years. That tells us we missed something important. We’re already reaching out to you directly to see if we can resolve this properly and learn from what happened. If you’re open to it, we’d really appreciate the chance to make this right.
Sleek and powerful
After using Flowlu for about 18 months I can say I found it.
Flowlu is adaptable and flexible to fit my specific needs, and powerful enough to handle challenging situations. I have not yet lost any data (including videos, photos, other files) uploaded from mobile devices. This has happened with other platforms.
The constant development and focus on making it easier for the user is welcome. Some other platforms keep adding features - just complicating for the user.
Flowlu is dependable, fast and flexible. It’s perfect for my business needs. I’ve saved so much time and frustration by using it.

Complete time saver
The platform is stable, flexible, and fast.
It took me a while to understand, and adapt the platform to our needs - but now I’m almost at a tailor-made stage. This kind of adaptability is rare among CRMs.
And I haven’t yet touched the business automations (that I think will save us a lot of time on routine admin tasks)
