Horrible app
The app was bad enough but the recent update is absolutely horrible!!
My balances are not updating and my direct deposit is always pending and never on time.
Was with Benchmark over 20 years and my direct deposit was always early. I had hoped this merger would give me the same great service I grew accustomed to but unfortunately I have been so disappointed with everything and this horrible app I s the worst!!I will be opening accounts with another bank preferably a local credit union.

Very good so far
I moved over from benchmark fcu and it’s been good so are 2 weeks in. The app is easy to use and has many functionality. Haven’t used a check yet but will see if they have copies of cancelled checks from the app or desktop.
Speed
My account could update my account quicker for example when in spend money it’ll update hours or maybe even a day later
Hate changes
Can not see my whole portfolio. I have to scroll from screen to screen. Who made these horrible changes
Bad Start
App is horrible to navigate. Missing info from BFCU. App fees like a college kid’s project. Strongly considering another credit union after 20 years with BFCU.
