Doesn’t recognize password between visits
The app has for sometime forced me to update passwords that were recently changed….aren’t recognized anymore
APP Is Down (No Notifications)
The APP has been down for at least 24 hours (some people are saying 2 days or more). The alarming part is that I was told by another customer that they were hacked? No notification by the bank whatsoever!
Login not working/perpetually loading
App just stopped working at all - only opens login screen and loads forever - as of August 25, 2026. I always used Face ID and I know my login is correct so that isn’t the issue. Tried deleting app and reinstalling and still won’t work.
DO NOT BANK WITH FRANKLIN MINT
On August 25th 2026, the entire Franklin Mint banking system was hacked/breached. When I use the term hack, I mean that I attempted to access my account from Franklin Mints site this morning, and it led me to a GoDaddy domain for sale link for the banks website. On top of that, the only way Franklin Mint communicated with their customers was via Facebook. No texts, emails, or calls to warn you of this matter, just Facebook posts. In one of the posts since the breach, Franklin Mint told customers to goto their website for any updates, which led to GoDaddy.
So now tell me, do you want to bank with a branch where you wake up to access you bank account only to find out that the banks domain name is up for sale on GoDaddy, and the only way to communicate with you bank is via a Facebook comment section?

App hasn’t work for the last 2 days unreal
isn’t working
app used to work great, but now it’s saying network connectivity issues, I tried deleting the app then redownloading it, still nothing. very inconvenient considering that’s where my money is and I don’t have access to it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
