The app for pc and mobile is really simple and ease of use. I use it daily and most of time multiple times a day. It’s great.
Easy to Navigate
It’s one of the better banking apps for not being a major conglomerate. Moving money is simple and client relations is exceptional. Although, the credit score simulation is only so so. Other than that, it’s good.
App access
This app is the worst. I have been using face recognition for several years. Everything was working perfectly until the bank did an upgrade. My face recognition doesn’t work. I put in the correct user id & password. It gets denied. I call the “800” to reset it. The reset password works over night ONLY! I even save the password on the app to save passwords. They are the only app that it won’t work on. I will never recommend this bank.

From long waiting times going through the bank to how they manipulate the charges at 11:59 PM so they can get you some fees to the fact that even though you have $1500 over the credit limit that they still return stuff before you get a chance to deposit your money the same day I would give it a zero if I could

This bank suck do not get it
I have money in my savings account and instead of moving money over to the savings to checking so there isn’t an over draft they just keep charging overdrafts that’s 35 each time! So it just adds up. My money is in the bank to basically pay them, I’m closing this account asap had it for way too long and it’s trash.

Encountered an Error
Endless freezing or errors encountered with this app. I can’t even get past the login screen without having to refresh the app half a dozen times until it’s done encountering errors.

Always down.
Every time I try to use the app it is always stated it is down and sometimes won’t even work or let me long in. It’s really frustrating as it is a BANK app and need to see your account.
App currently not working
The app as of 8/19/26 is not working in the iphone. Have to log in through actually website. This is now two days of not working. Tried to uninstall and re install app and that didn’t fix it. This app is acting more like the bank these days.

The people that we speak to regarding issues or questions are so patient and they worked so well with their customers… It’s also very convenient to have control over the money that we have over this digital app so that we can keep track and know what’s available… I love this bank and this app!

I am so fed up with all the errors and not being able to log in. App continues to not recognize my password yet continues to send codes to my cell phone . Either fix your app or I’m looking for a new bank! I’m fed up.
Got so frustrated with the app I’m choosing not to open an account
Between re-requesting data, deciding arbitrarily on a minute by minute basis on wether or not I’m allowed to apply, adding on additional accounts randomly with no way to undo, confusing directions (it once told me to click out once I had tried to wire money from another bank and return to the app. I followed these directions but the only option to “click out” cancelled the whole application with no warning). Overall the experience was so fustrating and had taken over an hour so I will not bother even opening the account

Accessing Cash Reserve
It’s nice to know how easy it is to access and pay on my cash reserve loan! 👍
PMT Password
You sign into the account then it requires you to password your way into the payment center. That’s using the same password twice. Kind of stupid.
