Terrible app
Literally never works right. Terrible. It should have zero stars. My apartment complex used this app to open the security gates yet the app never actually works properly so i am stuck outside my apartment because the developers of this app aren’t capable enough to make it function properly

This app never works and I’m never able to login whether I turn off wifi or not, and even when I can login it takes forever to load and sometimes still doesn’t even open the gate.

This app seems to constantly have issues with the server being down, error codes etc. I find myself putting in my gate code at least 70 percent of the time because the app is down/not working for some reason. I would highly recommend utilizing a different app for your business needs. This thing will cause nothing but issues.

This app literally never works and is constantly leaving me stuck outside my apartment complex. It’s extremely slow when it does work. If I could leave 0 stars I would.
Horrible App
The app frequently times out, frequently does not even let me get into it, and now I have a server not connected error. It would not connect even after when a different Internet connection was on my phone. An absolutely horrible app!

Terrible App
I have to use this app to open the gates at my apartment complex and this app never works. It constantly reads Server is not connected. I have installed/ reinstalled this app and still no improvement. When in the rarest occasions it does work it takes 10 MINUTES to activate the gates. Its a useless app.

What a piece of trash
It doesn’t work 50% of the time. I’m not sure who paid for this app dev, but whoever it was you need a refund. Chat GPT could write better code than the imbeciles who created this piece of garbage. If you live in an apartment using this app you better pray there are a lot of people leaving the premises so you can get in. *** UTTER GARBAGE DEVELOPMENT** Your dev staff should be sent to the marketing department to do sales support instead of app development.

Horrible, Terrible, Awful
This app works, at best, 40% of the time. Trying to get in the gate takes twice as long as it should because this app is either down or has to be reset multiple times just to get the access buttons to appear. It’s a terrible app.

Worst App for Apts
This app rarely functions and is extremely slow. It consistently fails to connect, making it an overall poor choice for apartments to use to open gates for their guests.

This is app is terrible I don’t know how a great apartment company is using this app? Is it free coz obviously it’s horrible. I have to delete the app and redownload is and still not working. It needs to be in the trash! Doesn’t even deserve a star!
WORST APP CREATED
If I could give this app negative stars, I would. The fact that we are simply forced to use this to access areas of our apartment should be considered a crime. Utterly useless and a waste of space on my screen. God forbid an emergency happens and I am unable to get my keys, I’ll be dead before this forsaken app loads the login.

Do not expect this app to work consistently
Idk where to begin… this application is straight up trash. It takes an insanely long amount of time for it to come up, and when it does, there’s about a 30% chance it’ll work. It’s so bad the leasing agents don’t even recommend downloading it. Like what?
