Hmmmm!
It hasn’t been the success I hoped for…I still use my paper version of the E-box more….
Finding focus!
This is really helping me get organised and reduces stress as I can do a brain dump into this app and it’s all visual in these 4 boxes on one page. I love the way you can slide and tick, or bring it back out of being faded when ticked. I also love the PDF creation possibility.
Love this!

It’s okay but could be better
It’s an okay app but the fact that I can’t just check off an item of my list as done but have to delete it completely isn’t great. I like to still see things there but checked off or with a like through. Otherwise I forget if I’ve done them.
This app helps!
This app helps me keep my focus on what i need to work on next
Sales Manager
Notifications + Prioritisation makes it easier to manage.
Good app
I like the simplicity of it.
Way to Prioritize
Focus Matrix makes it easy to see where you should be spending your time.
Simple, clear cut & focused
This is EXACTLY what I was looking for, a way to track all my tasks quickly & without fuss. Better than a diary, you can segregate Urgent & Non urgent tasks, tick off when done, business like & works the way my brain wants to. Thank you creators, I love this app.
Love it!
Tried various to-do apps. Focus Matrix works best for me. I update and prioritize my to-dos as needed. Keeps me focused on what is Important and Urgent.
Where has this been all my life!?!?!
This App is everything that I have been needing to prioritize my overwhelming and busy schedule! I have attempted to make the matrix on my own but this app has made my life so much easier! I have recommended it to many of my colleges! THANK YOU!
recommendation- have a sign in so all the things are synced when a phone crashes😩
Update: still using this app years later! About to start my doctoral program and plan to upload all my assignment due dates once I get my syllabi!

Great way to organize
This was originally created my general Eisenhower to organize his day and make sure he didn’t do things that unnecessary I totally agree
Simple But Mighty Organizational Tool
I’ve downloaded and used many other more robust and complex organizing tools to prioritize tasks but I keep coming back to Focus Matrix for its simplicity and one page interface. In short, complicated isn’t always better. I like Focus Matrix because it does its job of helping me categorize and prioritize tasks simply but powerfully. The best tool for the job is the one that gets used the most often. Focus Matrix is that tool for me.

Meh
Ok not great, you should be able to complete tasks without deleting them.
Très pratique
Toutes les tâches d'un seul coup d'oeil, bien réparties selon importance et urgence, utilisation intuitive, une valeur sûre. A maintenant offert les multi-tags!
Top for tasks on the go.
Simple to use and check quick tasks when away from a desktop CRM
An Essential Start to each day
First thing I look at each morning. A huge help for a perpetually distracted guy like me.
Love this App!
I have tried so many “task” oriented apps, but they have not worked in a way that I need them to. This app is simple and organized! My favorite is that everything can be edited and moved around so easily!
Love it!
I love the fact that you can move words around easily and it’s quick and easy to use.
It’s a really useful tool, but I wish I could have a few pages so that I could use each page for a different project. Without the extra pages I can’t use it as much as I would like to.

Fulfills my need.
