It’s okay but could be better
It’s an okay app but the fact that I can’t just check off an item of my list as done but have to delete it completely isn’t great. I like to still see things there but checked off or with a like through. Otherwise I forget if I’ve done them.

Simple, clear cut & focused
This is EXACTLY what I was looking for, a way to track all my tasks quickly & without fuss. Better than a diary, you can segregate Urgent & Non urgent tasks, tick off when done, business like & works the way my brain wants to. Thank you creators, I love this app.

Tried various to-do apps. Focus Matrix works best for me. I update and prioritize my to-dos as needed. Keeps me focused on what is Important and Urgent.

Great way to organize
This was originally created my general Eisenhower to organize his day and make sure he didn’t do things that unnecessary I totally agree
Simple But Mighty Organizational Tool
I’ve downloaded and used many other more robust and complex organizing tools to prioritize tasks but I keep coming back to Focus Matrix for its simplicity and one page interface. In short, complicated isn’t always better. I like Focus Matrix because it does its job of helping me categorize and prioritize tasks simply but powerfully. The best tool for the job is the one that gets used the most often. Focus Matrix is that tool for me.

I have tried so many “task” oriented apps, but they have not worked in a way that I need them to. This app is simple and organized! My favorite is that everything can be edited and moved around so easily!

Quick, Easy, Straightforward, and customizable- for free!
I’ve told almost all of my friends about this app. My favorite feature: if you tap the three dots (…) on the bottom right, there’s the handy option “Export To PDF”. I have used this feature more times than I can remember. Sorted categories with each task, a checkbox, and the notes you added in the “details” or “description” (can’t remember which one 😹) makes this a very handy tool!
If this doesn’t convince you, you can set notification reminders and specific due dates/times with a date to auto-bump the task to Urgent & Important. If it’s repeated activity, no problem! It’s got that too!
Only noticed a few minor bugs, that I later tested after I downloaded update, and found they were fixed! 5/5. If you’re distracted and wanna turn your calendar and reminders into a single, efficient, fancy shmanchy app? This is the one. 🙏
