Tried various to-do apps. Focus Matrix works best for me. I update and prioritize my to-dos as needed. Keeps me focused on what is Important and Urgent.

This App is everything that I have been needing to prioritize my overwhelming and busy schedule! I have attempted to make the matrix on my own but this app has made my life so much easier! I have recommended it to many of my colleges! THANK YOU!

Great way to organize
This was originally created my general Eisenhower to organize his day and make sure he didn’t do things that unnecessary I totally agree
Simple But Mighty Organizational Tool
I’ve downloaded and used many other more robust and complex organizing tools to prioritize tasks but I keep coming back to Focus Matrix for its simplicity and one page interface. In short, complicated isn’t always better. I like Focus Matrix because it does its job of helping me categorize and prioritize tasks simply but powerfully. The best tool for the job is the one that gets used the most often. Focus Matrix is that tool for me.
