AI generated images
The use of AI generated images (of food/drink items that I’m sure have many stock images available to use) completely turned me off this app. It makes me wonder what else the developers have used AI for with the creation of this app, like their information?
There’s also no distinction in what specific category an item is high/low in, ie. lactose. So not very useful if you want to know specific triggers.
2 stars though because it does have the potential to be a good app. I like how easy it is to filter for different types of items (fruit, dairy, etc) and also for high/low.

Game changer!
Fabulous! Through my own research I stumbled upon “lowFODMAP foods turning into highFODMAP foods ” after ingestion—-I had never heard this before! I’ve been diagnosed with 3 IBDs, already follow a lowFODMAP diet and I am happy my research lead me to this App. It is a practical way to help me plan food shopping, meal planning, cooking. Fantastic app!

I’m really pleased the list of foods is so comprehensive and detailed. Been really helpful so far.
Good as far as it goes
List of foods is not comprehensive. Portion sizes such as "normal serving size" are vague. A "packet" size could be different for different foods, or different brands. If the app includes your food the color pictures are a quick way to find them. But categories of food types were sometimes confusing.
