Terrible Service Providers
I ordered a shawarma from Wrap City using their app, terrible decision!! Long story short… they got my order wrong when I clearly stated the ingredients I wanted, sent me the wrong order late, then when it arrives and it’s wrong… I immediately call and they respond that they will sort it out and they’re extremely sorry. Next thing I get a call saying they can’t coz I have the first order still in which I respond they should come pick it not eating what I don’t want or like… these terrible people proceeded to close the complaint and move on coz according to them they have delivered and it’s their policy. I waited 2 hours for my order which arrived an absolute mess, all items were open and damaged - they said they’ll send a rider to collect and refund me. I waited till 11pm and no one turned up till almost 1am and they have stopped responding and refused to refund. First and last time I’ll ever use this app. Disgusting and silly bunch.

Delay in delivery
If you order food it takes them forever to deliver to you, and when I say forever it takes them anytime of their choice to deliver your food to you. I have been waiting for 2 hours no calls yet from anyone. And they seriously extra charge for everything you buy as if they are the only ones in Nigeria selling food using online. You buy food of 5k and somehow arrive at 8k with your total fees. Their food is not bad (7.8/20) but they render very ugly service to their customers. Deleting the app btw.

Genuinely the worst delivery app ever. They don’t pick their phone calls and delivery and service is so expensive. There’s no way to cancel your order after you’ve paid even if the order has multiple issues. Takes like 2 hours to deliver even when your house is close. It’s horrible. I don’t recommend, also delivery and service fee is up to almost 3k?! It’s a joke./ what’s the service fee for it theres no customer service

Bad delivery bad customer service
Food takes almost 2-3 hours to be ready and then another 1 hour to be delivered. Customer service as well takes 20 minutes to respond and very often needs to be texted multiple times before a response is provided.
Pure customer service
They have no valid phone number to call and their whatsapp messages takes ages to answer, their riders are liars. Worst experience
Improve in delivery service
Your delivery service can do better, that aspect of your service needs improvement as there is a big communication gap between the consumer & dispatch rider
