Doesn’t work as expected

Lots of flaws in the app, after payment app stuck every time.
sometime not able to add multiple items.
Searching a food item is most difficult task in the app.
Gives forceful update in the middle of placing an order.

App crashes immediately after update

I’m using an iPhone 14 Pro Max on iOS 17.1.2, and ever since I updated Foode about a week ago, the app won’t open at all. It crashes instantly every time I try to launch it. I’ve restarted my phone and also tried reinstalling the app, but nothing has worked. Please look into this and fix it soon. I haven’t been able to use the app at all.

Scroll not working on Dining page on IOS

After recent bug addition ( I mean "bug fix" ) , Scroll on dining page is not working on IOS. Tried multiple installations but issue continues , and I am sure it is because faulty ios by Apple and by you.

Slow

App is very slow and unresponsive quite often.
This is also not user friendly as payments gateway takes too much time. Should have an option like wallet balance/ direct payments rather than routing to payment gateways

All good except for forced updates

The app itself is 10 out of 10, however sometime when you have very little time and urgently need to order something and opens the app and there is a popup asking for an update.. you try to restart the app because you dont have much time but untill you waste your time updating the app its not going to let you order anything and not even an option to delay the update which seems a litte too harsh and quite annoying..

Save credit card option + Should include meal items

Right now we cannot add credit card info so everytime we are bound to upi payments, kindly add this feature. Also wherever applicable, should include the items in meal that would help to preorder a meal or do transaction before hand

Bug

I’m not able to sign up on my Iphone 13 as when I’m trying to enter my number for receiving otp, it doesn’t go ahead because the keyboard is stuck and doesn’t allow to go back to the screen and press send.. please look into this issue as my iOS version is up to date.

Not able to login

I’m unable to login because on the page where I’m asked for my number, I can’t scroll down to click on ‘send’ and since my keypad covers the ‘send’ button and there is no option to close the keypad too, I can’t login to the app

Bug

After installing the app on my iPhone 13 I am not able to sign up the first page itself where it says to add the phone number. The app doesn’t allow to go any further after adding the number the keyboard is not moving from there to click on send OTP I don’t know if this is an app issue or the device because the iOS is up-to date.
