Their website and app for finding the nearest drop off has been broken for years. If you don’t have a specific address and are using the map view to find a drop off, you have to finagle the map at the right zoom level and position to find a place. So dumb. How’d you manage to break that and leave it broken? Like, this is the kind of stuff that’ll hurt your business, and you just went on without fixing it. Did you fire all of your devs?

Customer service?
When there is an issue it is difficult to navigate customer service. You submit a ticket and it goes off into the void with no phone number or email to contact. I know I’m old - but when I need a refund it’s good to have a direct contact.

Foodsby has been a great vendor at our building. They are super consistent and have great options. They are always my first choice when ordering lunch at work.

Foodsby is slowly dying. Choices get fewer and fewer.
App Works Well
The Foodsby app is intuitive and easy to use. The customer service is excellent. But hiding the service fee is not good. Paying the service fee is fine, but it should be made more clear when ordering.

Unreliable
App is fine, service is inconsistent and unreliable. Order for a posted time and many times the food is delivered late, unacceptable given I only have a hour for lunch

Some of the deliveries arrive after 1 pm. It is way past lunch time!!

The past 3 times I have use this service, my food either never arrived, only part of my order arrived or my order was just cancelled. It’s disappointing and bad business.
Blacked chicken Alfredo
First time ordering and food was dry from the Mac n cheese to the chicken Alfredo. Very disappointed.

Same-o eating places everyday. Give us some more choices!
Famous Dave’s
The food I got from famous Dave’s was terrible the corn was bad and it had a bad smell.

This is a great service for lunch delivery at a great price. Delivered to your place of business.

Please add some new restaurants. Please bring back Senior Locos located in Plano, Texas. Also Dave’s Hot Chicken has a closer location now on Belt Line Road in Richardson, Texas; can you see if they can be a regular?
Good service with opportunity to improve
Foodsby is convenient, reliable and fairly priced. Foodsby can improve by enabling customers to easily identify and prefer vendors who use compostable packaging rather than styrofoam or single-use plastic, and to specify in their orders that they wish to exclude any single-plastic utensils or condiments.

Overpriced menus
Vendors charge 30 to 50 percent more. Jimmy John’s delivery is a better option than most…. My guess is that Foodsby must be charging them a mint to be on their platform.
Multiple problems with this service.
I keep trying to give Foodsby a chance, and they will do ok for a while, and then it’s back to the same with missing items that have been charged for. At least this time my food showed up.
