The app constantly loses connection and there’s absolutely nothing you can do about it. App also puts weird symbols for some letters for no apparent reason. This app sucks

Very good app, very functional and practical. There’s nothing complex, and I love how well everything is organized.
Great app
This system is great for delivery drivers, one button press and it enters the the address into your gps for a quicker start to save time. The store can see where i’m at while driving and that’s good so they can know when I’ll be back. My favorite tool is the text message option that auto-fills a message saying that I’ll be there shortly which i send 2 minutes in advance and also the ready message that i send on arrival, which saves time and sometimes keeps the customer’s dog from barking because they expect and open the door while I'm walking up. There is also a button to dial the customer with one press which is excellent because manually typing phone numbers is really annoying and has room for accidental error. This app makes the job easier and faster for customer service.

Worst App To Have For Delivering
Internet won’t stay connected half the time. app sends me to the wrong places and won’t register what I’m asking of it. Scrapping it would be the best idea the company could of come up with ever since the release date of its product.

Texting customers
When I try to text the customers the full response does not show up. I didn’t have this issue till I updated to the green theme. Please fix this.

So bad
automatic messages no longer work, and the page for customers to include tips is now more confusing. With each update you make it gets worse. I liked it when the app was green
Keep it simple
Please just keep it simple. We don't need those store status things. We just need to see our delivery's, address and stuff that we need to know for delivery that we are doing. The less options, the better, no need to complicate things.
Updates are okay
Appease recently updated and it’s more confusing. Preferred the previous version and previous color palette too.

I can't see the store information. I can't see the current number of orders in the store and the number of drivers I’m using 13 pro ios 17.2.1

Signature box.
Overall the newest update is a good one. The times when the order was placed is shown before I start a run and it looks nicer overall but, the signature box has gotten a lot worse. It used to be a big rectangle and made your phone landscape (nice and big). The new one is a small square in portrait mode. I’ve had many customers write their signature and run out of space.

This app seems to be pretty helpful. I like the abilities to see and interact with live and delivered orders.Appears to be accurate with time and distances and above all $$$ entries and calculations. I like it so far.
Good, but leaves much to be desired.
The applicator is not accurate for trailer pros, RV Lots and apartment complexes. It takes you to the entrance, and you have to do the rest. It proves to take time as none of these locations have good lighting and it’s very difficult to find correct locations. Time equals money, getting lost equals frustration!

Redundant
In the age of Covid no one needs to touch your phone or even wants their receipt! It’s glitchy and takes away to much driver time especially in areas with no signal!!
