Not working
Bought a new phone and transferred my info. This app no longer identifies my email address and I cannot access my email. Terrible.
Bad App
I have been trying to get a notification from this application for few days, no success.
I have an account since 2025, used it for many times, now it’s 2026 I have been trying to get notification but no success.
My suggestion is to use a phone authentication rather than this type of old technology.

This app sucks big time!!!! It will not go past the MFA aand wants the issuer and person and won’t do anything else! It really sucks!!
No reason for existence
As title says..it out of date by any measure. Use reputable software apps such as Google or Microsoft Authenticator.
No access to email anymore
Worst app ever.. doesn’t give you any access to your email..jcu doesn’t reply to the problem
Takes forever to authenticate
Takes forever to authenticate, have to leave one app to go to ForgeRock to authenticate. Sometimes it doesn’t even work. It’s ridiculous and a waste of time.

JCU student cant log in
Like all the other uni students here, the app isn’t registering my attempts to log into my account. I cant access anything… frustrating to say the least

top universities trust this app but this app is a scam. One time it’s perfectly working and when you are about to submit important assignments and emails. It doesn’t work. Scam scam scam

Beyond slow. Will sometimes have to sit in the app for several minutes to get the print to accept.
ForgeRock app screen flickering after iOS update
Hi dev team, the screen flickers after I updated to iOS 18, I have reinstalled the app and it’s same issue. Can u look into this

Terrible
I’m a ceo trying to study and this app won’t let me in to my university login. Just wasted 60 mins of my weekend. Recovery code bypass system also doesn’t work. I’m at JCU. Awful experience.
Simply doesn’t work.
I miss the days before this MFA become compulsory at JCU, please fix it as I need to log into learn jcu and I can’t even log in.

Worst app and can’t believe a university uses this
Literally the worst thing I’ve ever seen a university try and integrate. Can’t access anything and I’ve got very important emails to need to access. I don’t ever leave bad reviews but I need to spread the message to never use this application. JCU need to read this and fix this issues asap.
Not registering any login attempts :)
Has not registered I’ve tried logging in in 6 months despite me trying to do so multiple times via the same methods and nothing has changed. Every setting is correct so now I cannot log in to my jcu account.
Doesn’t work
Sometimes I get notifications and sometimes I don’t. It is very frustrating. Thanks JCU.
