Full of bugs
Overall not a bad design but the app has a ton of bugs when purchasing or exchanging tickets. Seems to need an update to work properly on current iOS. Constantly logs me out of the Ticketmaster account which is a total pain. Then the exchange process screens are a disaster. Cart icon disappears when you select seats and is hidden behind a blue box. If you somehow get to the checkout then the “question” box throws errors and won’t let you submit your order. Finally worked after 3 refreshes of the page and it is some disclaimer I have to accept. This is probably all on the Ticketmaster side of the app but it has to be fixed.
