Not user-friendly
I have had more problems with these new apps than I ever had the entire time. I had the one a couple years ago. I’ve had to download this app three or four different times and still don’t have all the functions and features that I’m supposed to have available to me very disappointing

Terrible app, rewards aren’t as good
They say comp rooms are based off play. I used to get Thursday night comp rooms but now it’s less consistent and my play has increased since the last app. Now it’s $200 to stay on a Thursday night, I’ll pass. Also, used to get $10 free play here and there, now that’s non existent. This new app makes me feel like Foxwoods is being more stingy. Major bummer because I like going there but it’s a bit of a drive for me.

I have been a Foxwoods reward customer since the beginning Trying to book a room on this new update is nearly impossible. Can only pick today’s date It also changed all of my rewards that I had for many may years. I was eligible for free rooms sundays thru Thursday’s and now that all gone for me. What the heck. A true disappointment

Hotel Booking app flaw
Since the new update, when you go to try to book a room and check dates, the screen totally disappeared. It only gives you an option for the current day. It used to be you could put in a date or range of dates. Please fix!
Can’t choose dates to stay- only offers tonight
Does the ap need to be fixed? I used to be able to book a stay for the future/ now it only allows me to book the current night.

Can’t select dates on a reservation, how do you mess this up? Also, ever since the new app came out, free play offers are nonexistent. Cmon Foxwoods, do better

Bugs appeared a month ago
Not able to view my “offers and events “ in the updated app. On the, “Foxwoods Rewards” page, it does not allow me to view all my offers. The page is stuck on the first 6 offers. Using a IPhone 12. Please debug.
