Whilst you are on the case with bills I find it really really difficult to get a hold of you. You need to attach a free phone number so people can actually talk to you.

Counting the Cost
It's a great app that monitors my usage daily, by the hour & gives an est cost. I can see exactly how much power I use & what it is costing me. This helps prepare for the bill at the end of the month without any surprises. I can also work out what appliances are costing me more to run by looking at my kHw stats and cut down on usage. Thank Frank Energy, very please with this app.

The Guy who delivers the gas bottles for Frank is an absolutely lovely soul. Very helpful and a genuine good human.
Great and affordable
I have been with Frank energy ever since It was called online energy so it’s been a while, that’s cause the customer service is great friendly staff and also there app makes it easier and the cheapest option to be honest ! I love them have moved homes and I alway take them with me

Franks website and app makes keeping track of orders , bills and usage really easy.
Very basic and not user-friendly
I would have thought twice about switching to Frank if I had known how bad the app was. There is no way to get your meter readings (in the app or on the website), no way to see the separate readings when you have multiple meters, and if you want to see the hourly breakdown of your usage it only loads one day at a time so in practice you can never go back more than a couple of days

Mobile app keeps sending me in circles when trying to order gas. Will work occasionally on iPad but has stopped working entirely on iPhone . Especially when ordering gas and trying to login.
Communication
Before moving I could not make contact with Frank. Apparently on bereavement leave. Now moved and just made contact. What happens with power bill in lieu

The The Frank energy app is very user-friendly it has everything you need right at your fingertips including ordering gas and paying bills
Bad customer service
Customer service is shocking, rude/surly woman on the other end and took 45 minutes to actually talk to someone. Requested a call back just to be put back on hold for 20 minutes. Paper invoice received 5 days after the due date instead of 5 days before due date. They really want you to do everything online which some people can’t do. All they want is your money and they don’t care about customers. Just pray you never have to contact them as it is a very painful experience.

I connected with Frank after a recommendation from a friend as Frank offers the cheapest power in comparison with others in my area. There was a stumble at the start of our connection. Due to two houses on the same driveway and power box number confusion. The last year plus has been great. Power has remained low and in budget 👍
