Very disappointing experience
Disappointing experience with Freakins. I ordered jeans based on their size chart exchanged once due to poor fit and the second size also did not fit. Despite this my return was refused under policy and customer service was unhelpful.
For a recognised Indian brand this level of service is unacceptable. Thank you Freakins for teaching me that once you take a customer’s money support no longer matters. I lost my money and trust. Will not purchase again.

Scam
They are running a scam, selling cheap quality products at high prices and when you buy them they won’t even let you to return it only exchange, even thou they have explicitly written in the description 7-day return/exchange. But in the policy they have written that return/exchange on selected products just so you cannot sue them in court but you won’t know beforehand which products are they talking about. So it’s best to avoid this site, I’ve been scammed already.
