I try to access the teasing videos/courses and all that pops up is how to navigate the app. Also half the time I click out it doesn’t register and I get a a bunch of calls and text messages telling me to click out

Suggestion

The majority of duty codes does not apply to my patient and it’s annoying to have to select “Other” and then having to type in N/A every time. Please add a stand-alone N/A button in duty codes!

Changed our life

Because of Freedom Care I could quit my job and focus on taking care of my sister whom is in 3rd stage emphysema and severe COPD, they give us all the resources to make life comfortable for us! God Bless this Company 🙏🙏🙏
