What's New in FreeStyle LibreLink

Bug fixes and performance improvements.

User reviews

Poor Experience

Firstly only 50% of sensors work with iPhone 13mini, they work for maybe 36 hrs then shows an error and the sensor shuts down.
I then use another sensor and start it with the Abbott reader!
Abbott need to get ontop of the changing IOS upgrades.
When I have called Abbott, they state that IOS updates are hard to catch up with, so use an Abbott reader.

libre 2 is not available on Apple Watch but Dexcom One+ is.
I am,after 3 years considering self funding to Dexcom One+ until Abbott can iron out small problems.

Good but…

It’s alright, but it needs updating a lot, the freestyle librelinkup app is amazing, my partner’s app (librelinkup) is a million times better than mine and it makes no sense, this app feels outdated clunky and missing features like being able to scroll and see your blood sugar levels in detail etc

Updates

Could the developers please ensure the app is regularly updated alongside iOS updates? Falling behind on updates can affect my ability to receive alerts related to hypos, as my readings may not sync properly. Otherwise, the app functions well when everything is aligned. The app is not documenting any of the hypos I have been having- huge concern as I have had 7 in a week! Do something please 🙏🏽

Incredibly useful

Some reviews are quite negative about losing signal, and it has happened a couple of times, but a quick tap\rescan fixes that. What would be very useful would be a widget for the Home Screen so it’s more accessible.

The app still fails to stay connected to the sensor and the graph is inaccurate.

The app still fails to stay connected to the sensor and sometimes sends a sensor ended early message… but it is still working. This needs to be fixed!

The graph averages readings when for example, low blood sugar alarms, and the recovers, the graph redraws and the readings are lost. How can one tell the highs and lows if it keeps averaging results. Once a read measurement point is on the graph is should not be moved EVER!
