Basic
This app is OK, nothing more, it measures your blood sugar. It is, however VERY difficult to drill into the graph to show details. The graphing is VERY basis and lacks clarity.

Signal Loss
The app is great a brilliant piece of kit. Until IPhone does an update then you get the dreaded signal loss. You can’t even swap it to a hand held monitor you have to throw away the sensor or put up with the constant beeping until your 14day sensors cycle is up or Libre catch up with the patches.
Beyond awful
How can the NHS have a contract with freestyle? They can’t update the app properly. It’s 2026 and there developers are still in 2010. How can they not hire competent devs to keep the working properly? I just updated the iOS and put a new sensor on but the app won’t scan it. Crazy bad.
Lack of os updates
I would normally give this up at least a four star rating but the inability to keep up with Apple OS updates is beyond irritating. The suggestion that we don’t update until the website says that they have done so means that people would be using phones without essential security updates. This isn’t good enough.

Downright dangerous
App is months behind iOS version. People need to keep their phones up to date and guess what developers? You get the beta release so you can ensure your app is ready. Fail. If you get a high or low alarm and view it, it doesn't alert again even if continuing to drop/ climb. When you need it the most it pauses readings to perform quality checks. So if exercising, ill, or calculated wrong you are on your own. Sensors themselves often fail, finishing early or giving totally inaccurate readings. Many don't get off the ground displaying a continuous low reading contrary to actual levels. This isn't a charity it's a giant company. Customers deserve much better all round.
