Not reading at all
The app is not reading my censor at all. I’ve already been through 3 different censors and they all worked with the non app reader. I’ve deleted and reinstalled this app several times and it still isn’t working.
Low readings
For the past six months, freestyle is 25 to 50 points lower than the glucometer. I’ve tried changing placement on both arms with no improvement. Why?

Since a recent update scans often fail on the first attempt. Sometimes scans work but you hear nothing. It’s as if a race condition has been introduced in the update.
