Low readings
For the past six months, freestyle is 25 to 50 points lower than the glucometer. I’ve tried changing placement on both arms with no improvement. Why?

Since a recent update scans often fail on the first attempt. Sometimes scans work but you hear nothing. It’s as if a race condition has been introduced in the update.

It is surprising the lack of functionality in this app.
Why can’t I export data or images?
Why is my daily glucose graph this little chart that I can only guess what the range of numbers is?
Why can’t I slide the bar from left to tight and have it report what my glucose was at any given time. The web version is not much better.
For a company as large as Abbot, I would expect better.

Travel problems.
I sometimes have extended stays in Chile. The US app doesn’t work with the monitors bought in Chile and my phone keeps telling me the Chile app is not available for me to download unless I have a Chilean credit card to link with my Apple app account. Can you please make your app and monitors universal.

The app keeps alerting ever 5 minutes
I called support they told me to change the sensor and it keeps beeping every 5 minutes how can this night mare end it’s very annoying and frustrating
Is it the app or the sensor?
One sensor out of 50 is kinda accurate to a test strip measurement, and accuracy decreases as the sensors age.

Something is wrong, everything worked perfectly fine last month . It’s not the sensor because I’ve changed it 3 times and it works fine with the other reader. Can someone please look into this and fix it?

Put on a new sensor and first two scans already saying paused for quality check. These things are too expensive to work like this. No wonder people died from using your products.

Doesn’t read the sensors since the latest update. Sometimes less is more.

Horrible app
Glitchy does not even begin to in compass the issues. It just stops allowing you to scan your sensor it freezes and with 6 days left you are completely unable to utilize the sensor - Such a disaster

The update this week will not take a reading! I get a message to try again in 10 minutes. It’s been hours and this is now useless. Waste of money (mine is not covered by insurance)
Very confusing on how to be able to link
The Libre Apps required to connect and monitor a relative. There are too many apps. Also it is confusing to set up the link app. Whose name, birthdate is to be used to setup the person monitor? If it is for the person monitoring, why must it ask for my birthdate be. There need better instructions or links to a YouTube video on how to setup the apps.
freestyle apps unfortunately is not as advanced and flexible like Dexcom. They should look at the features for Dexcom.

Amazing device, disappointing app
Considering the innovation, general look and how well made it is on the hardware side of things, I must say the app is terrible. No apple health intergration, no option to add a widget to homescreen, just absolutely no effort put in by the team to make the app as functional as possible for iOS. It is a shame since the device is very cool.

Wow! I can't believe how bad this app is! You need to fire all your development team and start over. We may have diabetes but we're not all fat and dumb
