Takes forever to order buggy
Fresh direct prices are high more than Whole Foods and the app is slow and buggy
Endless bugs, load errors, and the slowest app I use
Used to be fine, but over the past months the app is riddled with bugs, errors, and takes FOREVER to load anything. It’s easily the slowest app I depend on each week. Additionally, their once spectacular customer service has become a “prove it” game with their chat agents. I spend thousands here each year—if I tell you you delivered spoiled or defrosted food to me, it’s because you did, and I expect a credit on my account for it.

Don’t waste your time
I was sitting at home waiting for my grocery order that NEVER ARRIVED.. After trying to get a hold of support for an hour they told me my order was going to be 4+ hour late (no notice no email no nothing .. if I didn’t call I would have been sitting here for half the day lol terrible service and the app sucks. Constantly breaking and not working when trying to schedule orders or edit cart!)

The worst app I've ever used
Every weekend I dread doing battle with this app. Hands down the worst functioning app I've ever used. It's EXTREMELY slow, half the time the buttons don't actually work. Try to change the delivery address?? Nope, won't work. Delete an item from your cart? Too bad, you're getting it anyway! And FD is gonna charge you for it! Enter a discount code? Nope the app just freezes. I either give up and try the website, and when that inevitably fails I just put the kids in the car and go to Trader Joe's, or order from Whole Foods or Costco, which is knocking it out of the park these days. If the produce wasn't such high quality I'd just delete FD altogether and move on. But it's so hard to find good groceries that I suffer this, the most terrible app in history, over and over again every weekend like Sisyphus. It's not like it's for anything important like feeding my family or anything. Srsly, FD, what gives?? Get your act together!

App keeps crashing
The app no longer works after the latest app version update. Opens and shows FreshDirect sign but then nothing happens.
