My dad and I have been ordering from FreshMenu for years. You can’t beat their quality, service, and price point. We live in the Vasanth Nagar area. Not sure where the bad reviews are from- maybe another kitchen.

Think they have stopped partnering with Swiggy in my area - just a KM away from their kitchen. App doesn’t update delivery status
Very poor service, don’t deliver on time.
FM don’t deliver on time. They always take more than estimated time. Now it’s more than 1 hour 30 mins after placing the order. Delivery person says 20 mins more, app days 45 mins more. Etc and you don’t get food. Really crazy, seems to be fraud firm. I’m going to cancel my subscription. Very poor service ever seen!

Pathetic food
Had ordered for lemon coriander soup and Hakka noodles.
The soup had a overdose of lemon and unbelievable amount of corn starch. It was indelible.
The noodles had hardly any veggies and would rate them as 1. A roadside noodle walls could have done a better job.

Good food but...
Food is fine but everything else is deceiving. Automatically adds the club membership to the cart, quantity is small - more like kids meals, cake is like half slice, drinks are watered down, ... will not be ordering any more..

Food is awesome. Must try. App is however nt compatible with iPhone and Paytm option of payment doesn't work.
Pathetic delivery and service
The delivery agents are often drunk, do not respond to calls, have no answer to late deliveries, food can take 2 hrs to get delivered! The chicken burger is always poor quality and whenever consumed will get food poisoning, most likely due to the long shelf life of the chicken patty!!
Quantities have shrunk to 50% and prices to 200% in the last 1.5 yrs since they started!

Food Poisoning
Every time that I ordered from here i got food poisoning. The first few times it wasn’t that bad, but I gave them another try. They last time I ordered I was stuck in bed for two days straight. I’ll never be ordering from FreshMenu again.
Awful service
No response from the delivery executive as well as the FreshMenu team. Order isn’t delivered even in an hour with a promise of 45 minutes.
Service and delivery detoriated rapidly
For last few occasions my food has taken much longer than promised and your timer still sticks to the initial time promised despite that the delivery boy delayed it endlessly. So what is going on? I will look at cancelling my membership and really dropping the app.

Cold food wouldn't be an exaggeration. didn't receive all items, food quantity was way less than specified. will never order food from here again.
App doesn't work on iPhone
Your iPhone app doesn't seem to be working. It doesn't let the user click on Send OTP after entering the mobile number. Won't add addresses either.
