Constantly Crashing
I have loved using this app but now it crashes all the time. iPhone IOS 18.3, please fix this. I have reinstalled, rebooted, and it continues to do this on my phone and on my wife’s. Please update the app to work with the current iOS.
App is crashing
The app keeps crashing every time I set it up. I have to delete it and set it up again for it to work, but it crashes again if I don’t open it for 15 minutes.
What is happening
I have been using this app for 3 years now and never had issues. Now for the last 4 days it keeps crashing everytime I open it. I redownload and it works for a short time but does it again. What is going on.

I’ve been using this app for over a year now and didn’t start having problems with it until August. I was able to get that sorted out but then a couple of days ago. The app started crashing so I deleted it. Re-downloaded it and then this morning it happened again. I don’t know what going on?
I’m not sure what I am paying for?
Frontier is a huge disappointment. I am averaging speeds of 1.6 mbps when it is working. AOL dial up was faster. At a cost of 130 per month top tier.
Nothing is stream lined
There is no tan to create an account after downloading the app. I registered online but still no access to the app. Who are these people designing Frontier’s software?? The service is horrible but yet the bill keeps going up. Frontier does not listen to their costumer concerns.

Frontier App
I was told by the office staff that if I reload the app I might get an app that tells me about my information like how to pay my bill how much is my bill . I’ve asked about 25 times to update my app but now they have told me to disconnect the one and then reload it so wish me luck.
I have asked now we’ll over 25 times to update the Frontier Mobile app. I have spoken to so many people & it is still NOT updated. They turned my service off quick enough when I could not find a Bill to pay or how much to pay. I don’t think it should be so hard to update their app. Come on Frontier fix my app!!

Really Bad App
I clicked on the i (information) button to get the help number. The number listed is disconnected. They can’t even get their own support number correct. Embarrassing.
