Frontwave replaced all their call center marine spouses with people from India who hate you. They also list numbers on their app for member support that just hang up on you. Please young marine, I EAS’d in February 2026 before this new war, get navy fed and close your Frontwave account.

A well-developed app with customer experience in mind, this app has been and is being geared towards user-friendliness and I am loving how easy it is to find exactly what I am looking for directly on the Frontwave Mobile Banking app!
Refresh rate
Honestly this is the best bank ever never had a major problem in the 3 and a half ish years I’ve been with them the only thing I don’t like is how long it takes to refresh to see you account after buying something.
They also need to update the way it shows the description of what you bought it’s to vague and makes it such a hassle to back track different payments and to tell them apart.

Mobile Deposit
The most insufferable experience I’ve ever had attempted to deposit a check. Non of the prompts work and no matter what angle it rejects your check.
Horrible bank do not use
I’ve been hacked into and had money taken multiple times and they always say they’re on it and then don’t do anything and tell the user that it’s they’re responsibility to do the investigation themselves

Frontwave In General
Firstly; the app is solid enough. No complaints there. But seeing as Frontwave isn’t allowing me to leave a direct review of Security Services on the phone or with a manager, I’ll just do it here. Frontwave Security services hung up on me twice when I was trying to ask questions about fraudulent purchases made from my account. It’s stressful enough to get robbed of 300 dollars, getting hung up on just makes the whole thing so much more frustrating. And I’ll gladly acknowledge any situation where my attitude or tone was a problem. This was not one of those situations. I just asked what the dispute process was like and general questions like that to try to understand what to do and the lady got frustrated and hung up. I know people have bad days but that is just not okay. My bills that pull tomorrow aren’t gonna get paid now and the people supposed to help me just hung up. I’ve been with Frontwave since I was a baby faced 18 year old Marine in Cali. 12 years later, I lose 300 dollars and get hung up on when trying to figure out how and why. Pain.

I love this app but I really am disappointed that we still have not gotten Zelle. I’m literally the only one of all my friends.
One annoying issue
Whenever I try to log in it will say “authentication error” for a whole day when I need to move funds. I’ve found no other way to report this issue except here.
