ERROR: DATA COULDN’T BE READ BECAUSE IT ISN’T THE CORRECT FORMAT

That’s the message I get when I try to log in to your app. I’ve reset my password and got the message that it was changed successfully. I tried to create a new account using my same email address just to make sure it wasn’t already in use and got the message that it was. I don’t know what is causing this but please fix it. Thanks.

The app refuses to let me log in. It states “the data is in the wrong format,” which is wrong. Please fix.

Login Broken

Every time I try to log in, it says it’s jot in the correct format. I’ve reset my password, restarted that app, nothing works. Pointless app.

The Fuel Rewards program is a free loyalty program designed to help you save money on fuel. You can earn rewards through various purchases, dining, and travel bookings, which then translate into discounts on your fuel fill-ups at participating stations.

How do I earn rewards?

You can earn rewards in several ways: by filling up at participating Shell stations (especially with Gold Status), dining at over 10,000 restaurants with a linked card, shopping at select local and online merchants, and booking travel. Exclusive offers with Mastercard can also accelerate savings.

How much does the Fuel Rewards program cost?

The Fuel Rewards program is completely free to join and use. There are no membership fees associated with the program, and you can start earning rewards immediately upon signing up.

Where can I use my Fuel Rewards savings?

Your Fuel Rewards savings can be used at over 11,000 participating Shell stations nationwide. With Gold Status, you save at least 5¢/gal on every fill-up, and rewards can be applied to any fill-up up to 20 gallons.

How do I redeem my rewards at the pump?

To redeem your rewards, simply use the app to find a participating station. At the pump, enter your ALT ID or swipe your Fuel Rewards loyalty card before you pay. The price will then roll back to reflect your earned savings.
