How is this app rated 4.7? I and most others haven’t been able to log in in months.
DOESN’T WORK! USE SHELL APP INSTEAD!
Says password is in wrong format. Can’t login. I found a fix though. I started using the Shell app and the T-Mobile fuel rewards code can still be redeemed on the Shell app.

If you can’t log in, you can’t use it
Tech support was useless. Reset passwords, deleted, reinstalled, still get a data format issue when attempting to log in. Finally gave up on the app. Will use another company for fuel
Needs Updated
I’m not sure what’s going on with the app. I get logged out after each use and I’m never able to log back into it. I have to create a new account every time. The message is there’s an issue with the format. There needs to be an update to fix this issue.

ERROR: DATA COULDN’T BE READ BECAUSE IT ISN’T THE CORRECT FORMAT
That’s the message I get when I try to log in to your app. I’ve reset my password and got the message that it was changed successfully. I tried to create a new account using my same email address just to make sure it wasn’t already in use and got the message that it was. I don’t know what is causing this but please fix it. Thanks.

App refuses to let me log in
The app refuses to let me log in. It states “the data is in the wrong format,” which is wrong. Please fix.
