Needs Updated
I’m not sure what’s going on with the app. I get logged out after each use and I’m never able to log back into it. I have to create a new account every time. The message is there’s an issue with the format. There needs to be an update to fix this issue.

ERROR: DATA COULDN’T BE READ BECAUSE IT ISN’T THE CORRECT FORMAT
That’s the message I get when I try to log in to your app. I’ve reset my password and got the message that it was changed successfully. I tried to create a new account using my same email address just to make sure it wasn’t already in use and got the message that it was. I don’t know what is causing this but please fix it. Thanks.

App refuses to let me log in
The app refuses to let me log in. It states “the data is in the wrong format,” which is wrong. Please fix.

Every time I try to log in, it says it’s jot in the correct format. I’ve reset my password, restarted that app, nothing works. Pointless app.

This app used to be great but for the past few months I am no longer able to log in, I constantly get the error that my login can’t be read because it is not in the correct format. I tried a password reset and still nothing. Logging in should not be so difficult, it’s a shame

What sucks about this company is that they deactivated your card even if u just need a new ones instead of keeping it active until the old ones comes they don’t so u don’t save regardless of what cents u have off its a horrible way of for the card holders definitely will be looking elsewhere

I haven’t been able to login to my account for almost a month now! It really sucks not being able to use my T-Mobile perks because we can’t get an update.

Absolutely how exactly, is member support located at the better business bureau? Because the website for fuel rewards is user unfriendly! And for that I rate it a negative -5 stars actually make it -10 stars

I keep getting an error message when trying to sign in. I know I’m putting in the right email address and password.
Continued crashing
The app in past 3 months keeps crashing and logging me out and will not allow me to log back in. I have uninstalled and reinstalled to help with issue but now I get an error and won’t even load or let me login. Even trying to go through Shell App it reacts the same. App is long overdue for an app refresh and stability improvements.

Shell Gas
Hi guys I have been a loyal shell customer for many years and I’d like to complain about the shell gas station always doing something so that I lose my points and lose time. I go get gas because I need gas. I just spent 20 minutes at the shell by my house trying to get gas. The pump just kept saying TO CHOSE ANOTHER TYPE OF GAS. And nothing worked. I just had to go to work like that. This is supposed to be a convenience not time lost. You guys need to get ur ish together. The cashiers arr ignorant of how to help and there isn’t even a number anywhere to contact someone who knows anything about it.

I reset my password and everything and my password still does not work. It keeps on throwing up the same error code any time i try to log in. FIX YOUR APP!!!
