“Repay” Button Is Broken
I have used Fundbox for years and is has cone in handy. My main complaint is that the “Repay” button in the app never works. If I have a flex pay transaction and I want to pay it off early, I cannot do it through the app. I always have to log onto the actual website to do this, and then many times, it does not send the 2FA code. Thus, it becomes challenging to log in, and this becomes stressful as I try to pay the for pay amount before the fees get added. Otherwise, I appreciate the service.

Super high interest rates and payments. They only give you access to high interest, small loans that required a PG. I don’t recommend them unless you have no other choice. Customer service is horrible and they cut off access for additional loan products and renewals. Beware!!!!!!!!!

Keeps on saying update the app but even when there is no update it does not open.

Provided my bank routing & account number then the screen went blank and wouldn’t let me finish the application process. DO NOT DOWNLOAD
