Horrible don’t buy here if you want usable prescription frames
Very frustrating experience with this company the glasses I received were much larger than what they were listed, and the customer service was horrible about and ultimately I had to go to my bank to get restitution. They would not honor their policy. In spite of photographic evidence of the frames on a ruler they still refused a return consistent with their policy.

Poorly made prescription and low-quality glasses.
If you are a serious person who relies on your glasses for daily living—out of necessity—then this company is not for you. You have to wait an excessively long time—months—for your prescription glasses to arrive, only for them to show up with an incorrect prescription. When you try to contact them, they fail to provide a clear explanation of how they intend to resolve the issue; you leave voicemails at the company number, but they never call you back. You send emails, but you only receive one reply per day—and even then, the response is never clear. This is the worst company imaginable 😔; I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy. Don't fall for it.

Poor Order Visibility and Lack of Communication
I downloaded this app to track my eyeglass order after payment, but my order never appeared in the app and no confirmation or tracking information was provided. I attempted to contact customer service via phone and chat with no response.
The only communication I received occurred AFTER I opened a PayPal dispute. The seller then asked me to close the dispute before providing shipping proof, which I declined. PayPal ultimately ruled in my favor and issued a refund due to lack of shipment verification.
Delays happen during the holidays, but basic order acknowledgment, visibility, and communication are essential. Unfortunately, this app did not provide those.

App if OK...But...
There's an option for previewing an eyeglass frame on a photo of your face prior to purchase. After this is done check carefully and see this little statement: "For styling purposes only. Not Sizing."
The company is not kidding. The pair previewed looked great. Ordered them and they were not even close. They were GIGANTIC and not what was expected.
The idea of simply ordering eyeglasses from this company may be a myth.

I ordered 3 pairs of glasses. One for my husband and 2 for me. And we both loved them. They also arrived in 2 weeks.
