Best option for glasses
In the glasses store for similar lenses I would have paid ~$450, on Zenni it costs $117. No contest. The last lenses I bought off Zenni lasted 3 or so years.
Surprised
The virtual try on has face measuring ability so would be nice if based on those measurements other requirements/ preferences frames were suggested and for preferences not available alternatives suggested. For example, my face width according to program is 114 mm. My preferences would be:
Progressives
Transitions
Aviator half frameless
Metal frame or titanium
100% UV block
Blue light filtering
Extra dark transition tint
Accepts current Rx
Program could then filter out any frames that won’t accept prescription and suggest top 20 recommendations with matrix showing what preferences product will accept.

The best
I have ordered my glasses from Zenni for over 10 years and always experienced positive results. The price is right, the fit is right and customer service is top notch. Would recommend them to anyone needing prescription lenses.
Good and bad
The app is simple to use and I’ve ordered several pairs of glasses over the years and have never had a problem. Until my latest pair. The customer service is very difficult to find and use. Returning a pair of glasses raised my blood pressure. Very frustrating.
So convenient & ❤️the options!
Love how easy the app is to use and the options are so great
