I love Warby Parker. It’s been a returning client since 2018. Uploading my RX is super easy and handling my insurance is pretty straight forward. The only complaint I have for this company is a lot of my favorite lenses have been taken off or “retired.” I get to make new room for new styles but it’s still bums me out.

I like that I can virtually try on glasses and it will make my current glasses "disappear". Pretty cool.

This is a great case. Stands out in a packed purse or bag & fits nicely with the triangular shape.
Company has changed
I’ve bought my last 3 pairs of glasses from Warby Parker thanks to their formerly amazing at-home try-on program. Imagine my surprise when I see that the at-home try-on program was cancelled last year and replaced with an AI virtual try-on that doesn’t even know where my ears are. I refuse to support this change, so I’m no longer buying my glasses from Warby Parker.
