Advisor feature
Was excited to use the AI advisor to measure my face. Unfortunately it does not work. Tried 10 different times but only once did it progress to 1/4 of the way during the scan. Most times it didn’t scan at all.
Disappointed
I have tried many times to update my information called customer service but still no resolution to my issues with the website

Great App!
For a few years, I have been ordering my contact lenses from this app with great ease. The app stores my orders and my prescriptions. My next eye exam, it will be at Warby Parker since my local doctor is twice as expensive.
Can't log in
It's great for looking at glasses and ordering glasses, but then whenever I try to login to check the status of my order, it gives me an error. And if I try to access it from my phone from the email, it defaults to sending me to the app to tell me that I can't login, rather than opening the browser. It's also the only reliable way to measure your PD. Sending a photo through their website is janky

New Prescription glasses
I was nervous about ordering my new glasses through the app. It turned out to be so easy. I downloaded my prescription and then picked out my glasses. I received my glasses today and I love them! Very happy. Thank you.

Amazing experience in Warby Parker in Closter NJ because of optician
Angel. He figured out a problem with my prescription (made by my optometrist-not WP). He helped me get the correct prescription. He is amazing, knowledgeable and thorough!
Also want to mention Mitch who listened to my issues and helped me write up two new pairs of glasses to replace the ones that were so troublesome.

Useless
Click on book and exam and it returns what’s included with no option to book the exam. Waste of my time
Great App! Easy to use!
I like this app, It beats going to the retail shop. All from the comfort of my own home. No sales pressure. Just a cool feature that allows you to make your own decision on eyewear and go with it. Choose what you like. Simple enough! Why deal with the retail hassle? I’m done with that! Can’t wait for my new frames to arrive.
