I love Warby Parker. It’s been a returning client since 2018. Uploading my RX is super easy and handling my insurance is pretty straight forward. The only complaint I have for this company is a lot of my favorite lenses have been taken off or “retired.” I get to make new room for new styles but it’s still bums me out.

This is a great case. Stands out in a packed purse or bag & fits nicely with the triangular shape.
Company has changed
I’ve bought my last 3 pairs of glasses from Warby Parker thanks to their formerly amazing at-home try-on program. Imagine my surprise when I see that the at-home try-on program was cancelled last year and replaced with an AI virtual try-on that doesn’t even know where my ears are. I refuse to support this change, so I’m no longer buying my glasses from Warby Parker.

Worst service ever
The store cancel an appointment for being 5 min late , my net appointment the doctor made me wait 15 min late, on this new appointment the person that came before me was 10 min late and they late him keep his appointment , when on my ocasión the cancels me for being 5min late ! The dr still running late and either the other patient eating they told I would have to wait 30 more min for my appointment I had all ready been there for 19 ! I left

My order was lost
Most horrible experience
I had placed an order for my glasses on August 29. I also placed an order for the case to go with the glasses and I received the case but I have yet to receive my glasses. I was asked several times through email to measure my pupillary distance which I did thorough on the app and once I took the measurement, it would say that none of my prescriptions needed the pupillary distance measurement. Today 10 days later I received the same email again for the measurements of my pupillary distance and I decided to call because it seemed weird to me that the same question was being asked again and again. So I called only to find out that my glass order was never placed. Apparently I’ve been “refunded” but I have an email here confirming that my glasses were placed and ordered. I paid almost $350 for these glasses. I have no glasses there’s apparently no order, which is odd because they charged me for the case for the glasses which I received but they didn’t place an order for my glasses? I would like to know why do I need to pay again for my glasses. When clearly I was charged the first time. As a first time customer this experience has been horrible to say the least.

Horrible company, horrible products
This company will send you a randomized version of the frames you buy. My credentials? Buying the same frames repeatedly over the last decade. Within the past 3 years, they have outsourced their products or something. I can buy 3 pairs - 1 is ok and 2 are absolute trash. Do not purchase from this company.
