warby parker does better
i have only ever bought my glasses from warby parker so i may be bias, but i just got my third pair and and once again i am throughly impressed by the quality, the shipping speed, and the designs. i had my first pair of glasses for about 4 years and i definitely fell asleep with them on a good amount of times but they still worked great, ive just had to adjust them a few times over the years. i’ve purchased a pair of sunglasses and i love them and i got to choose green lenses, so what more could you ask for? and my new pair of glasses are amazing! they fit perfect (i got the narrow size) and even the sides of the glasses go right behind my ears perfectly. and i feel like they’re really good quality for the price too which is always a plus.

I have ordered contacts and a pair of glasses through the app for a few years, and this is one of the easiest apps to use. From the interactive glasses, to the quick reordering of contacts, doesn’t get any easier than this!

Terrible Business
Used them in the past, not the same company. Paid for expedited shipping and processing, waited 2 weeks, said it was shipped, then label restarted. Turns out it wasn’t shipped and they wanted to process another 10 day order. Terrible business these days. Go down the street and pay for another pair of glasses. Not worth the time.

I love the variety of frames and how easy the website is the browse! I also really enjoy the try on method that’s a huge help and the quick little scan quiz to find your face shape.
Ordering Spectacles
Warby Parker is an easy way to “try on” glasses to see what looks good and what fits. I’d rather go through this process at home than feel under pressure trying them on at a store or Optometrist’s office.
Good app but needs improvement
Good app but could use improvements to make easier; confirmation of selections, sizes, multiple eyeglass purchases at one time, confirmation of PD measurement, and more.

Unprofessional
Emelyn - that’s the Warby Agent. I had the most unprofessional exchange with this person via the Warby app messaging. You lost a customer - so unprofessional and rude I thought it was a joke. Pull the interaction on 7/28 around 8pm est and take action.
Chat does not work
I typed out my question and the girl said please wait 2 or 3 minutes to check on it. I waited about 7 minutes and the message said:

Every time I try to go into the Warby Parker app, the site is always down or says oops having issues. It’s very. Frustrating

I can’t count how many times I have ordered from WP. I wanted to get some new glasses before I moved and paid for expedited shipping. They delivered the glasses in 2 days but I won’t receive the clip on sunglasses because they obviously sent it via normal priority and I will move before they arrive (10 days after the order was placed on a non prescription or custom item). I spoke to chat, who didn’t help at all. Then I spoke with customer service who told me they resolved it and I would be refunded and receive an email confirmation. When that never came, I called again and customer service again refused to fix this. Never again, WP. Enjoy your $75 in exchange for endless poor reviews.
