Out of stock replacement
Phone directory/AI chat are useless. Ordered VE4472U, damaged in production and now out of stock. Offered a $25 deduct for more expensive and a 5% refund, which was nice and appreciated. Reply email asked if I were to buy 2 pair, would the $25 deduct be valid. Got reply from that you wanted to sell me VE4492, that I did not want. Called in to sales/service (a human) and although wouldn’t give me the deduct, we salvaged the sale for VE4406 sunglasses. I did order the Ray Bans I also wanted. Ben with customer support was stellar in assisting me.

Easy-Quick-Glasses!
I was on the fence but my husband ordered a pair and I was amazed at the quality and accuracy of the prescription. They fit him perfectly and looked great. I just ordered my first pair. Used insurance for contacts so I wanted quality eyeglasses for when I took my contacts out. So glad I chose GlassesUSA over all the other choices I looked at.

Stay AWAY, Please!
The screw on my glasses frame loosen and fell off. I couldn’t re-screw it back on. I tried to initiate my protection plan, but they didn’t have the frames I wanted. So, I wanted a refund (I was even willing to do a partial refund) to get the frames I wanted. They refused and insisted on in store credit, but I didn’t want an in store credit because they didn’t have the same frame in stock. I really liked the frame and I wasn’t willing to settle on other frames on their website. Instead, I wanted to find the same frames from other sites. I talked to customer service and they were horrible. The lady refused to listen to my concern. I asked if I could speak to management, a supervisor, or someone higher up to see if they could work something out (again, I wouldn’t mind a partial refund). She said there was none available. I asked when will there be one available, so I can call back. She said there was none, and hung up on me. Our call wasnt done and I, as a customer, felt the call was ended prematurely. I told her not to hang up, but she just said goodbye and hung up. Absolutely horrible, don’t waste your time or money PLEASE. Save your time and money, and spend it somewhere else. Somewhere more willing to listen and help their customers. Thank you for reading.
