Not working. I have tried to reset my password. Email link says it doesn’t exist. When I go into the app to sign in, I put in my email and when I click on the link it puts me back at the Apple Store to open the app. I can get on the website, but the only way I can track the progress of my order is by my original email confirmation. The website doesn’t have a way to look will at history. It is only designed to sell more glasses. If I can’t track the progress of my existing order with ease, there will be no future with us

Order seems to be taking a month
Submitted an order on 10 June and its going to 10 july and still the order is not delivered, what more i can say

I ordered my glasses June 24th late in the evening.
I received them today by Amazon Shipping!
My prescription plus transitions, including your best progressive lenses.
I was understandably anxious ordering online for the first time.
Will the frames fit like the try on says they do? Will my prescription be correct, will the progressives be placed correctly? And will I be happy with the total product?
We live in FL so I needed protection for my eyes. I had made a mistake ordering glasses from my eye doctor- not ordering transitions. So I have suffered since February with those glasses. And they wanted almost $700 for new glasses with transitions. I couldnt afford that. I had already paid almost $400 with insurance for the first pair.
In steps GLASSESUSA.COM - and for less than $400 including 2 years of added insurance, I have a brand new pair with everything I need. And received them in less time than the original pair took to come in at the eyeglass store.
I couldn't be happier.
