This app is a scam these reviews have to be fake

This app doesn’t work at all no matter what I do. I refuse to believe it has this many positive reviews. Absolutely ridiculous.

Very hard to use

This thing made me rage so much. It took a whole 20 minutes of “hold your phone in the center of the screen” before it finally would take my scans. It worked and I ended up getting my scans but dang it took awhile.

Absolute garbage

After following the extremely tedious steps to get my prescription, they don’t even give it to you. They want you to somehow look it up in your glasses.USA account - but there’s nothing linking the app to that account, and no apparent way to establish that link. Utter waste of time for nothing.
