This app doesn’t work at all no matter what I do. I refuse to believe it has this many positive reviews. Absolutely ridiculous.
Very hard to use
This thing made me rage so much. It took a whole 20 minutes of “hold your phone in the center of the screen” before it finally would take my scans. It worked and I ended up getting my scans but dang it took awhile.
Absolute garbage
After following the extremely tedious steps to get my prescription, they don’t even give it to you. They want you to somehow look it up in your glasses.USA account - but there’s nothing linking the app to that account, and no apparent way to establish that link. Utter waste of time for nothing.

I have been trying to get my prescription for years my doc acts like it’s a top secret or something so I tried this out and it has given me a prescription excited to see if it works thank you!

It does not work. I don’t know what these other reviews with five stars saying it works, but I’ve been trying to use it for three days and not one single time. Did it get past the credit card scan it is buggy inefficient, and should not be trusted neither should this company if they’re putting this kind of trash out in the world and saying it works. This company should be ashamed, and Apple should be ashamed for allowing it on the App Store.

Doesn’t work
Step two doesn’t work. I hold the card up to the screen to scan, and nothing happens.
iPhone 8 is the last phone this works with according to their website
Newest iPhone that is supported is an iPhone 8, according to their website. Completely useless if you’ve upgraded your phone in the last decade.
Doesn’t work with iphone 16
Says works with this iphone but that’s a lie. It can be installed but it won’t let me use this camera
Not as simple as it seems
The app has great intentions. It is not a simple scan to accomplish. I tried four times and just gave up.
Complete waste of time
I tried this app out several times. I finally got to the last round of “tests” to find out I need to enter my email address to get the results. Fine. I enter my information and all these error codes keep popping up on my browser. Now I’m faced with having to go through the whole process over again. I just needed my prescription quickly to order some sunglasses for a vacation but at this point I’d rather go through the process of making an appointment at the eye doctor. Complete waste of my time.

After three failed scans, I had to give up and do some digging on the scanner's limitations.
Could've saved a lot of time if they just said in plain text at the start what the app can and can't scan (i.e. strong prescriptions or progressive lenses) instead of saying in the app description to read the terms of service on their website to see what conditions/lenses are incompatible.

Doesn’t work
I have the brand new iPhone 16 Pro Max running on the latest iOS and it still says my phone isn’t calibrated. I look up online to find the “accepted phones” and this thing is ancient. The last iPhone is accepted was the XS Max… It’s 2024 wth?? Not to mention the last Samsung phone they accept is the Galaxy S9. W T F

Please make it possible to skip pupillary distance measurement! I have dozens of identical glasses I need to check over the years and they are all the same pd. Also, if you are not already logged in to the website it will take you to a sales page when you log in, not to your scrip.
